First National Van Lines was very friendly and professional for my move. Great care was taken with my furniture, and it was done quickly and efficiently. There was no bumps or scratches even with a very awkward and narrow staircase to deal with. I would use them again for the next time I move.

My roommates and I moved from a 2nd and 3rd floor 3 bedroom town house into a 3 bedroom 18th floor condo. We scheduled the movers to come at 9am because we had the elevator booked from 12-3. They showed up exactly on time and were respectfull and curious when moving our items, not to mention funny and friendly. They walked us through every step and made sure they were moving the correct things. The entire move included 2 flights of narrow stairs, elevators, and taking apart 3 like a beds with drawers. They never complained once and nothing was damaged throughout the entire process. Being students we wanted a company that was efficientnt and not too pricy and these guys were perfect. They finished early so we ended up paying less than we expected. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!

First National Van Lines were recommended to me by recent very satisfied clients, so my expectations were high to begin with, but they still managed to exceed them. My move was not a simple one - from an older downtown apartment building with a very small moving bay, a second stop to pick up additional furniture from storage, and the final destination was a 4-storey townhouse with very narrow and steep stairs. My movers were very professional and made magic happen - they got my extremely heavy treadmill up to the third floor, and a bulky sleeper sofa up the stairs as well. I didn't think they'd fit, but they somehow made it happen, and with minimal scuffing on the walls that's to be expected. I'd recommend First National Van Lines again in a heartbeat.

Smoothest Move ever!
Having moved twice before, I personally know it can be a nightmare -- much more when it's a long distance move the one I just did; however, FNVL's people were the best you could ask for. Respectful, careful, hardworking and helpful. It is worth well worth the cost as it'll make your life that much easier and minimize the headache that is moving!
Moving across the country
I was pretty worried about moving from Michigan to New Hampshire this past summer but First National Van Lines put my anxiety at ease with their customer service. It was also very reasonably priced, honestly less than what I figured it was going to cost. The movers were friendly and explained everything very clearly. I can honestly say First National Van Lines made my move way easier than I thought possible. I'm excited to recommend this moving company to my friends and family!
Long-distance move
I had not moved across state lines before, but First National Van Lines made it very relaxed and stress free. I was worried about my stuff being damaged but it was extremely cared for. The movers were very friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. I was able to not worry about anything and actually get work done that I was concerned I would miss because of the move. I wanted to take the time and make a review for this wonderful company in hopes that it assists anyone who is in the process of making a decision to choose this company! They recently assisted me when I needed to help move a friend of mine out of a bad situation from South Carolina all the way to Florida. It was obviously a very hectic and scary time but they went out of their way to explain the process in detail ensuring we knew what to expect every step of the way and doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable. On top of it, they also give you 30days free storage space! I was so worried where I was going to fit everything in my tiny home and was worried she would lose some of her stuff, but thanks to this amazing service she won't have to lose anything while she looks for work and begins to start her life over! The First National Van Lines team comfortably and efficiently packaged, stored, and moved our entire interior from California to Tennessee. This company also provides a free 30 day storage to all of their clients! I highly recommend this company to anyone out there needing to move a few items of furniture or even an entire home!

The office and movers were always polite, understanding and professional. The company must have a consistent training program. I would recommend First National Van Lines to anyone!
