Outstanding service.
I do not know where to begin these guys made small work of what I thought would have been and extremely long day. They were courteous and professional. On move day they moved extremely fast but paid great attention to detail. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. Delivery happened sooner than expected which was a good thing because we have a newborn and were worried about not having our furniture. All of my belongings arrived in the same condition they were in when they picked it up. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to move and have already referred one of my coworkers to them who received a 10% discount for being referred by me.
Do Not Use This Company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Many of my belongings arrived dammaged. Movers did not handel my things with care. Movers gave me one quote and half way through the move when there was no turring back, they demandeed more money. Frontier relocation is a complete fraud. They approved my claim for the broken items but never sent a check. I have aclled Frontier many times and have send emails but 3 months leter have yet to get a response. FRONTIER RELOCATION IS A COMPLETE A COMPLETE FRAUD! Salesman Patrick is a smooth talking shyster and LIsa in costomer service is horrible.
Frontier relocation - liars !!
Luckily I read a bad review about " frontier relocation " in issaquah washington . ilwill only use a local company for my move to texas so I was surprised to read the review on rippoff report.com . the review said they are NOT in issaquah which is CORRECT . I drove to the location they said they are at and it is a rental community !! they are inc in new jersay !! thanks to the person who wrote that revie and do not use this moving company !!

I would first off like to say that this company was the most respectful, my phone would not stop ringing when I first started this. Frontier was one of the only ones that could speak good english that I was dealing with. I liked the fact there in WA. I don't understand how companies across the country were calling me I only had a few that were here in WA. I had serveral in home esitamtes for my move frontier being one of them. All the companies offered the same service. So why did I choose frontier relocation is b/c everyone else wanted to quote me on weight and would not give me a binding estimate even though they came out to my house. I had some companies even tell me its going to up but no more then 10% I laughed at them. Frontier was the ONLY company that came to my home and told me this is what the price will be which was $2836.50. On move day I had three guys. Move took about 6 1/2 hours which was ok. And frontier was on top of things. I got phone call updates about my delievery and was well knowledgeable about where my stuff was the hole time. This was a good experenice for me. I hope who ever reads this feels the same comfort I felt.

I have moved across country a bunch of times due to my job. This was a VERY last minute move. The moving experience was great. Very upfront about there charges and how everything was going to happen. They were fast and the cost was good to. There a good comapny and I am very happy with my move.

This is Janet Russo and I rarely write reviews, but the guys at Frontier Relocation has offered some of the best services I've seen as far as moving. I am with the military so we have moved 4 times in the past and this is the first company that has been honest from the sales man to the people who show up at your door. The price also never changed on me, which was my fear because previous companies showed up to my door wanting a range of $500-$1,200 extra than the original price quoted. Hopefully this is my last move, but if I were to ever move again I will definitely use Frontier Relocation.
