  1. Coast to coast.

Lots of antiques we moved and they shank wrap and blanket wrapped everything.. Full service movers and excellent care of items.. Over 2000 miles from California to Maine and nothing was damaged.. Thanks guys for everything!! Would recommend these guys to anyone that I know.. There wasn't anything these guys wouldn't or couldn't do.. They even did a baby grand piano for me up a flight of stairs.. Excellent care.

  2. Moved me across country.

They did an amazing job.. Thanks guys!! Will use again and would recommend to anyone.. I read those other reviews and I think they have the wrong company cause these guys were perfect.. Took all my stress of moving away. They have moved quite a few of my friends and family and they were all happy with everything.. Will call once I move again hands down. Great rates too.

  3. Horrible Experience.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I spoke to an employee Williams via uship and worked out all the details. He said they would pickup on Wednesday and drop off on Saturday. I hadn't heard from him on the day of pickup so I asked what time he was coming so I could tell the guy who was shipping the items, what time they would come. He emails me and tells me between 12-5 and they end up showing up at 7. Obviously people make plans and showing up two hours late for the window, didn't make the seller happy and reflected poorly on me. For delivery, I told him I worked Saturday evening so it would have to be during the day. He said no problem, you'll be given plenty of notice. Saturday comes and goes, I hear nothing. I'm thinking to myself okay, they got delayed by weather or something. It is going to be Sunday. Never arrives on Sunday. At this point the shipment is two days late and I send an email Monday morning asking what happened. He doesn't apologize, he tells me he ran out of dot driving hours. I have no idea what that means. I email him back saying that there should be some sort of communication. You can't just not communicate with me and show up two days later. Then finally he apologizes promises he will come today, claims he sent me emails and texts, I never received any nor can he provide proof. I'm at work at this point. I'm a resident who works 80 hours a week. I wanted the boxes on the weekend cause I was working night shifts and would be home during the day and it would give me time to sort through them. Instead the next communication I receive is around noon telling me that they will be there in 45 minutes. I had no notice they were going to arrive then and I had already explained that my wife and I work. She was supposed to go into work when he was arriving. Instead of owning up his mistake of delivering TWO days later, he tells me if he can't drop now (immediately) I won't get my boxes for a month and I will be charged extra. At this point I'm pissed, why am I being punished for you showing up late. Keep in mind I'm at work; I have patients yet I'm dealing with this, extremely stressful situation. So finally reluctantly I decide he can leave the boxes to the side of my apartment and cover it up. Leaving 1,000s of dollars worth of items just outside my place is not something I'm comfortable. But even then he refuses to drop off until I give him the payment code. I don't trust him at all at this point so I tell him if he can show pictures of the boxes sitting there then I'll give him the code. I tell my wife about the situation, being the sweetheart she is, she went into work late and stayed so that my stuff wouldn't get stolen. I have emails and texts collaborating all of this. This was the worst experience I have had shipping anything.

  4. Damaged my furniture.

This moving company packed my moving truck. They ruined two leather couches with huge rip and holes. They damaged both doors on the home I moved out of that the new owners are expecting me to pay. They also broke several antiques which are nonreplaceable. The sad news is they won't take responsibility for it. I have pics and proof and they still feel like they can do nothing about it. Refuse to answer my calls. CROOKS!
