Don’t Trust Them
When looking for a rental company, you go to reviews and other people’s experience. This is my experience. My $2000 4 month old Frame TV was smashed somewhere during the move. The owner thinks possibly in transit, but didn’t have an exact answer. In the contract they offer TV packaging. So you’d think with 10 years of experience and “highly trained movers” they’d know how to move a TV safely. They used 1 moving blanket, 2 pieces of cardboard on either end of the tv and shrink wrap. Then bungie strapped it to the inside of the truck near the back. Even in their contract they state they use bubble wrap, however they did not. The corner of the screen is crushed out the back and shifted down. It’s broken beyond repair. If you don’t want your items broken, use another company. The cost of moving just doubled for me.
