Poor see
They are the absolute worst service and if I could give zero stars you can guarantee I would. I moved my mom out here in June scheduled the move in April plenty of time, when the time came they called said someone would pick her stuff up on a Wednesday they never showed we gave them until Friday, I ended up having to get a uhaul to move her out here and I still haven’t received my refund from them. Apparently they think of they ignore me I will quietly go away. I even filed with the better business bureau. So I would say the worst company ever. Don’t use them if you don’t need to.
Awful Experience
It has been a month since our belongings were packed up. Price increased $3000 from quote when movers arrived. We've been calling everyday with no idea when our stuff will arrive. Green Leaf & AllPro say they will call back with information and no one calls. Fingers crossed we see our stuff again. This was an awful experience and both companies did not alleviate any issues.
My move to California
I paid $3050.46 for my small move. Which would be 30 medium box, 3 mirrors and a fish tank. I told them I would be moving to my new place in California on August 11. So the person I did my contract with said my stuff should be picked up on July 24 so it would arrive on time. So apparently they hire the worst mover ever called Always Affordable moving and storage. It is now August 27 and my stuff is still not on it way, everytime I call they said theirs no ETA. But yet they had no problem taking my down payment and calling like crazy when the pick up deposit didn’t go through. When they claim they tried to deposit it and my bank called them and told him it was an allowed to. But when I called my bank they told me the check I didn’t even try to be deposit. When I finally did figure out a way to give them their pick up deposit they said great we will start shipping your stuff to you. Well that was about two weeks ago when all that happened and I called today and again same answer no ETA on my stuff. If my stuff doesn’t come by September 1 I will be taking legal action.
DO NOT, I repeat NOT, spend ANY time even considering using them
Total crooks from top to bottom. Do not believe a single word they say. They SENT ME THEIR OWN LEGAL CONTRACT OF HOW MUCH THEY WOULD PAY ME AND YOU KNOW WHAT? They didn't even send half. Now I have to take them to small claims. Total frauds. They'll tell you whatever you want, they will not put anything in writing (except when they DO put it in writing, at which point they will not honor it). They will duck your calls, not answer you straight, not help you in any way but they WILL take your money. You can be sure of that. Honestly use absolutely any other company (avoid all brokers tbh but especially any of them with 'Leaf' in the name because this outfit goes by many different names to confuse- the mark of real quality people running a top notch company)
Honestly please learn from everyone else's mistakes and do not even spend any of your time considering using them. Avoid at all costs. Believe me. Zero stars if I could.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star
Moving from waco Texas to Alaska. Was told they could transport our household furniture and everything to our new home in alaska with no issues. We set this up in October we ourselves left texas December 1. Never heard anything from Greenleaf till January we paid them part of what was agreed and our stuff was transported to Nevada the company they hired had no idea we weren't in Nevada. Next issue fast forward to February Greenleaf tells us our stuff is stuck in Canada but it wasn't true our belongings hadn't left their facility in Nevada at all. Come March we were told they were flying in movers and our stuff would be at our home in 3 weeks. After said time passes nothing happens we call and are told our belongings are still in Nevada and they cannot transport our things to our home. They informed us they could bring it to anchorage but we must pay for the storage unit before they will bring it and also that they couldn't help us locate anyone to actually do what we asked. All in all This company is a joke wouldn't waste my time with them or money.

Diane answered and was very nice and helpful; He gave me a great deal and got the job done in a few hours without any trying to "upsell" or anything like that. He was very honest and professional! Highly recommended!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This was literally a nightmare you can’t make up. Do not go through a brokerage(whichtheyare) go straight through moving company. I waited 7 hrs and they NEVER showd up on scheduled time they gave me night before. I called them multiple times and they told me the movers were 30-45 min out. They never showed. Then the mover from All pro calls and said he was never scheduled for that day but the following day. Then when they showed up 4 hours later than he told me the following day they could not fit my items from the estimate. He told me the estimate was extremely incorrect by 100%. So instead of $4000 they would have charged me over $8000/double. They will not refund you either. They will tell you they have 2 days no matter what they schedule. Your time is of absolutely no concern. They refused refund and I have alllll of it on recording. I am now having to sue. Seriously you will regret it
Great Experience
I had full packing, and they did a wonderful job. Everything was wrapped with care. The movers were communicative. 100% would use Maurice and his team again. I also have already recommended them to my friends.

Looked legit, acted legit. Didn't return calls, answer phones or bother to show up. I'm out money and aggravation.

The first thing that I was impressed with was the fast response from Jerry, the MD of the company; within 30 mins of my request, he was straight down to business, and it gave me a feeling that this guy knows what he's doing. Very impressive!

These movers work so great. The Green Leaf Moving are so good at whatever they do. Our move was started at the right time they stated and was completed within the scheduled time. I am impressed with how it all went.
Use Them Again!
This is the best move I have had in a while. After the work they have done for me I am certainly happy as I took advice from my friend and actually booked them. I would highly recommend it to you all too.

The movers were Nice and punctual and very efficient! I ordered them last minute at 8 am on a Sunday, and they made sure to deliver things to my home and put it all together by 3 pm. Highest recommendation from my side!
Impressed
Diane was easy to get in touch with and quoted me a very fair price. We were in touch the day before the move so he could make sure they had the perfect size truck and the right amount of packing materials. The fact that he was so easy to get in touch with was fantastic. Recommended.
