I could not be more glad with how this move was processed. The crew arrived early and made quick work of our studio apartment. I felt guilty just standing around, but I didn't want to get in the way of these guys. They clearly know what they are doing and did it well.
These guys are amazing!
Nothing was damaged, nothing was broken and everything arrived in perfect condition! The owner even worked faster than his younger cohorts while also masterminding the move and packing the truck with care.
From the first communication they were professional
Our move was short. with the pick-up and drop-off one afternoon and a return pick-up and drop-off the next. We were very concerned about the cost and did not want to run over the discussed contract amount. The movers were pleasant and efficient. And the cost was exactly as estimated by them before.
They are as Pros as they could get
They showed up on schedule and gave us a heads up. We had packed a lot of boxes ourselves. They made a quick plan to get an idea of what to move first . They were very efficient. At first I was skeptical about breakage and the time but Everything came home without a scratch. They unpacked as well and placed everything in the exact order as we asked.
Hands down will use this company again!
I walked through our new home and explained to the X company crew which room belong to each previous setup and label, all boxes were labelled according (i.e. master bedroom, bedroom 1, 2, and 3, kitchen, living room and so on...). Unpacking was super easy since they assembled all the furniture back and put all the boxes and items in the correct rooms. They stacked accordingly to needs and they left pathways to exit the garage door, side door, to the extra refrigerator in the garage and entryway into the home for easy accessibility.

The crew were pleasant, competent, good listeners, everything you need if you don't want hasty movers around your place. They had to deal with a lot of stairs! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They finished the job within a reasonable time and for that, we are so appreciative. All our items were moved and no damages occurred. I will recommend this company to all without any hesitation.

The best moving experience I've ever had. We opted for the 3-person team and they had me moved out of my one-bedroom and into my new place in less than 4 hours. I will definitely use them again!

The team was super prompt, we got a text notification 15 minutes before they arrived and they got here at the beginning of their arrival window. The guys were awesome - super effective with loading and unloading and very thorough making sure fragile items were packed safely. We got everything across the city in one piece with no damage and were impressed with their ability to get things on/off the truck fast and maximize elevator usage.

They did a phenomenal job moving all our stuff from a 3rd-floor walk-up. They were clean and efficient and followed all COVID-19 safety protocols. They even successfully moved our bookcase that we just assumed would fall apart!
The crew showed up on time!
Their work was efficient. I was amazed at how fast they worked to load the trucks to move us. They were friendly and respectful. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Not one thing was broken, which is not surprising considering the care they took to protect and wrap everything. These guys are outstanding.

Overall I highly recommend this company
They carefully wrapped my artwork and furniture in plastic and blankets and took everything with them when they left - no mess left behind (including boxes I unpacked while they were still there). I also appreciated how they took some furniture I was getting rid of to donate for me. Other companies have charged high fees for taking stuff with them. I was so happy that they found a good use for older furniture items.
I will use them again next time
Although this company was 2 hours behind schedule, their great customer service and care they took to move all my furniture at a reasonable price made up for it. I was lucky to get their brand new moving truck too!
The movers were very professional
They even showed me things like missing nuts in the bed frame and that they taped parts of furniture so things wouldn't fall out. They were kind enough to roll out a mat so our carpet didn't get dirty afterward. Fast and professional. Very kind also. Highly recommended!
