Lost/Stolen Goods
We have moved many times and Hawaiian Movers, using Eden Relocation as agents, is the worst company ever. In 2014 the movers came six hours LATE to pack us out of Kaneohe and I thought the worst was over. The furniture finally showed up here in New England in a truck with one man in it. We (two seniors) had to carry most of the stuff inside on our own. He disappeared as fast as possible, before could figure out what was here and what wasn't. There were LOTS of broken things and missing boxes. Nobody cared. I received a phone call from a Kathleen Norris in Indiana who informed me that she had possession of a handmade antique trunk of mine, packed with letters, papers and new clothing. What? She and her husband had signed on as day laborers to help unload some goods in Indiana and I assume some of it was ours. The driver paid them and gave them OUR trunk as a little gift for a job well done! She sent the papers to us and probably should check out a new career as a private detective. I hope whoever stole our German beer umbrellas never experiences another day of sunshine.....ever. Eden Relocation and Hawaiian Movers still were totally unconcerned and offered us a very small amount of money on the condition that we never tell what had happened to us. DO NOT CHOOSE HAWAIIAN MOVERS!
Move to Hawaii EASY PEASY.
Moving to Hawaii seemed like a daunting experience for us first-timers. Nicole answered each and every question (and there were many calls) in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner. The car shipping went perfectly - easier than imagined. We dropped it off in Long Beach and it arrived on Maui earlier than expected. Nicole helped us estimate our household stuff and we shipped 300 cu ft of stuff . There were no added costs and everything went smoothly and perfectly. We could not be happier with this service.
