1. Best Moving Experience!

   I have moved a lot in the past and must say this was the fastest smoothest move I ever experienced in 25 years!  I received great communication and reassurance from Kim from start to finish.  I received a quote on December 4th and movers were at my door to pick up items on December 6th.  Everything was delivered unbroken with an exception of one small crystal candy dish that I packed myself that is chipped.  I am very pleased with how professional, organized and calm this company handled my move!  I have already referred people to them and plan to use them again.  They gave me discounts on any and everything they could to accommodate my difficult medical situation.  I highly recommend them!  Armando & his crew are fabulous!   .

2. Bad Service.

   My husband and I have had an odd experience with this company. We hired Hawaiian Shippers at a cost of $5,600  to load our furniture for Maui, it was not worth this much but had a sentimental value. They were supposed to arrive at 8am instead they arrived at almost 2pm. Right away the main worker, asked us to sign papers which was $300 above our original estimate as they had not included the Christmas discount and sign for their included tip, my husband explained the original cost was over the agreed upon amount and he would not give a tip beforehand. We were promised 1,000 cubic feet, my husband who is a contractor and I along my neighbor saw there was not 1,000 cubic feet and said so to them.Also we boxed all our own belongs in 20 3X3 boxes which took me two full days, As they were 6 hours late and we were up at 5 am waiting on their arrival and finishing of organizing for them and at 8pmwe said we needed to go for dinner. Upon returning, there were still some items not loaded, we asked why they said no more room but would not show the packaging in the van, this avaricious man who spoke to us originally said don’t worry under the circumstances we have much more room in the back and implied to the three of us at no cost. Earlier he stated the truck was full! 15 minutes later he came back inside and said that his boss needs an additional 4,000 dollars in a form of a check, my husband refused and offered to remove the mattress’s out as they were only worth a few hundred dollars not $4,000 to be shipped.This same man said at this point he would have to charge an additional $1,000 to unwrap them. The quote said packing materials for the furniture was included but they would charge for boxes and boxing up which is why I bought and packed all our boxes. But on the bill at the end it charges $1092 for packing materials with a note saying price list attached and guess what…it isn’t of course!!My husband explained he would have to speak with the worker’s boss, the worker said he could not leave without a signed check my husband refused angrily,  the worker then said at least sign a card so that they could leave it was 10pm at this stage. My husband signed to get them off the property. He told this worker he would speak to their boss about this blackmailing adventure,  I nor my husband have not heard back from this company so far. We therefore had to cancel the card as our furniture was not worth the $5,600 let alone $10,400. Even after doing this we still have not heard from them so have no idea where our furniture is, we also have received no emails from them anymore confirming the receipt of our furniture and the online quote they forward you to has vanished from my emails. The odd thing is we hired Hawaiian Shippers who had excellent reviews, but all the paperwork say’s Hawaiian Van Lines who have terrible reviews such as this and I was going out of my way to avoid them. My husband now has  had to make an appointment with our attorney to try and resolve this odd extortion between these two companies. Has anyone else had similar experience?

3. Good communication.

   I had requested quotes after comparing with lots of different sites, I decided to go with Hawaiian Shippers. Not only did they offer me one of the lowest quotes, but also I was impressed by the clients' reviewsmy experience with Hawaiian Shippers referred my brother to them as well. My brother used Hawaiian Shippers and had the same wonderful experience that I had. I would have no problem using Hawaiian Shippers again if I ever need anything delivered or moved in the future. I highly recommend Hawaiian Shippers to anybody that needs to hire a moving company for any reason.

4. The moving crew was fast.

   Hawaiian Shippers was professional from the first call to the last goodbye. When I booked my date Ron took all my information and suggested the appropriate size truck and number of crew members to make my move as smooth as possible. The day before the move the office called me to confirm the time and addresses. The moving crew called me the morning of my move to let me know they ran into traffic and would be a few minutes late. They arrived 11 minutes after the appointed time which is on time in morning rush hour traffic. The moving crew was fast, courteous, and I’m embarrassed to say, they treated my furniture better than I do. They had me moved into my new place in record time. My furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. All I have to do is unpack boxes.

5. Definitely a future repeat customer!!

   We just moved out of our 3 bedroom home in honolulu due to a remodel and the Hawaiian Shippers crew was fantastic! They helped us move some of our furniture into our 20 foot container on our driveway, were super fast loading up the 26 foot truck and even faster unloading. Very courteous crew and they helped us pack some lamps and mirrors as well. I am going to use them again in 5 months to move back into our remodeled house. Definitely a future repeat customer!!

   I had a great experience working with this company. Everyone from the individual who answers the phone, the person who gives the estimate (Ron) and the crew is very professional, friendly and helpful.We had the company store our furniture and were living temporarily in an apt. Hawaiian Shippers brought our furniture from the storage along with our furniture from the apartment in hawaii to our new house on arizona on time and below their estimated budget. The crew led by Tom arrived on time. In fact he called when he left their office and then 10 minutes before arriving. The crew (Joe,chris,marco) worked diligently to pack, load and unpack with great attitude.The total cost at the end was below the initial estimate and the worked was done very well.

7. Great Moving Crew!

   Great job loading and great price. Still waiting on my delivery. We moved from Orange County to Honolulu Hawaii. So far, Carlos has been great with pricing and being available. Tom and his team Ron and Jim were extremely professional, and helpful. I felt comfortable and like our houseful of belonging are in good hands. We are still waiting delivery and will update my review once they arrive with our load. But so far, very good! Not a nick in any wall. I am very picky and want a good deal. So far- GREAT MOVING CREW! And great price. They aren't the cheapest, but they are a good value for the service you get. At least so far so good.

8. I recommend this company.

   I have never hired movers before so I did a little research on-line and through personal references. Hawaiian Shippers was the company I choose because of the fantastic reviews on Google, a friend referral and overall business. For a frugal gal, this was money well spent! I would totally recommend this company and hiring movers to anyone. I have helped tons of friends move and this was worth every penny. They weren't the cheapest company nor were they the most expensive. They were middle of the road with budget but their movers were AWESOME. They wrapped blankets around all of my furniture and transported it without one scratch, broken piece or bump on a wall. My husband and I moved all our small boxes the day prior to help make it a little less expensive. I recommend that too. So the movers moved all my furniture and appliances. The guys who came to us were Artiom (foreman) Tom. H and Carlos. They were little and mighty! An entire two bedroom, two bath apt with fridge, washer and dryer out and in my house in 4 1/2 hours!

9. Great experience with Hawaiian Shippers.

   Tom and Yoni were on time, professional, and worked the whole time. They also helped me out of a bind .. after they assessed all my stuff they communicated that the storage Unit I reserved was too small. I was able to reserve a larger unit while they were loading the truck, which saved time, money and added stress. They were right! We would not have gotten everything into the smaller unit. I will using them again for my next move out of the storage unit.

10. I will definitely use these guys, plus recommend them to my friends.

    My move inside Hawaii was handled perfectly. These guys are quick and careful with great attention to detail.
    They packed all my belongings and disassembled my furniture for my 2 bedroom apartment. They then reassembled everything at destination, paying attention to not harm the new place (taped over all the hallways and stairs during the move).
    Overall, if I need to move again, I will definitely use these guys, plus recommend them to my friends. Nice to know there are reliable options out there.

11. I am glad I choose them.

    I used Hawaiian Shippers to move from Town to the Windward side and I was really impressed. I called a bunch of different companies to get quotes and they were by far the most professional and responsive. Their estimator met my wife at our home and did a full walk through to get an accurate idea of all the stuff we need to move. The estimator also explained how the whole process worked and what I could expect on the move day if we used them. The next day I had a detailed written estimate from them. After collecting estimates from other movers my wife and I agreed that Hawaiian Shippers was by far the most through and responsive and they were the ones we wanted to have move us. I booked the move with them and waited until the move day. Their office called us the day before our move and let us know that they would be arriving at our house between 9-10am. The movers showed up the next day at around 7:30am and got strait to work. All of the movers were dress professionally and very upbeat. The move went really smoothly, they handled our stuff really carefully and accommodated my wife's every request. Once they had all of our stuff loaded up in the truck we headed to our new residence. They offloaded the truck and re-setup all the beds and place all the furniture and boxes where we wanted it. All the guys in our moving crew awesome. We definitely use them again and have recommend them to our friends.I am glad I choose them.

12. Great service.

    I used Hawaiian shippers when I made my big move to California. It was the best experience I had. The customer service was excellent. The movers were very nice and they left everything clean. Nothing was damaged during my move. They packed and moved all my stuff very fast and efficiently. All of my stuff was in the condition I left it in. I would recommend them to everyone.   .

13. A moving company for sure !!

    The movers were on time and did a wonderful job. I have no complaints. Diana was my sales rep and she was wonderful. She had the answers to everything I needed to know and was completely helpful. I would recommend this moving company to anyone I know that's wanting to move. Ron with customer service was awesome as well, everyone that I talked to was really sweet and very informative!! A moving company for sure !!

14. I will definitely use in them again.

    These guys are great! And I must say, if Mike suggest you use three guys instead of two, he was not just trying to get more money. Is actually trying to save me money, but I went with a friend's recommendation two (which is a professional organizer.) Absolutely not, in the end, I could save a few hours. They were nice, talented, not to break anything, I will definitely use in them again (hopefully not too soon!).
