Amazing mover!
The communication was solid, the crew made a move well, and if you are good about labeling things, your unpacking experience will be reliable. We used them to pack up about half our house because of time constraints, and they did a great job. If you have them pack your stuff, it can be a lot of boxes because they're cautious to protect your things, so it's not as efficient as you may have done yourself.

If I could give Hello Movers more than 5 stars, I would! Our movers were great. They were precisely on time and extremely careful with our things, but also very efficient at the same time. They don't try to milk your money like other moving companies I have experienced. Would highly recommend it!!
Wonderful!
I hired Hello Movers for moving my new furniture from the store on Main Street to my house a few blocks away. They carefully loaded everything onto the moving van and made sure there were no scratches or damage to the glass. Everything reached my house safely.

I was happy from the first phone call to the end of the job. I got an estimate that I was delighted with. My move ended up being less than the estimate - a little bonus. The movers showed up on time, and they went right to work; loading and unloading went smoothly. Thanks for the help! Recommend using them!
Good Work!
Once they arrived on-site, they were brilliant! Super-fast and efficient. We had everything packed and ready to go. They added extra padding to the furniture and loaded all the stuff in less than 1 hour. Unloading was a bit difficult, and they were exhausted but, they did not complain. The move took less than 3 hours, and they charged us for the exact time. No "extras." I was happy to provide them generous tips for the service they provided. Thanks!

Great service. Came and visited the house and gave a flat rate. Humble and hard-working. Needed an extra u haul but made it happen the same day. Respectful and careful about stuff.
Professional!
I was helping my girlfriend move to a smaller apartment, and thank goodness for Hello Movers. We had to make two stops, first my place with a large refrigerator and a few boxes and then the GF's place for the rest of the stuff. They were efficient and took great care to make sure our furniture did not get damaged. Ask for Mike -- he was the consummate professional. I would gladly use them again.
Every Thing is good!
Hello Movers were not only on time, and they came 10 minutes early. They were clean, courteous, and gentle with our belongings. They worked efficiently and professionally. They did a full pack, move, and unpack of a 2 bedroom apartment in less than 6 hours total. Overall, I could not recommend them more highly. This is my second move with Hello Movers. Kudos to these guys!

I've dealt with several moving companies, and I must say this is THE BEST. Convenient scheduling, low price, and TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES! Michael and his colleague were FANTASTIC!!! This is a very dedicated and honest moving company... challenging to find in CA these days!! If you plan to move, ask for Michael!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This was THE WORST MOVE EVER.....I went with the cheapest quote and it cost me big time. If you call and speak with Gregg he is wonderful to deal with so ofcourse I thought this would be a great experience, sadly it was not. The majority of my furniture was not wrapped, including 5 T.V's, 4 mattresses and 4 Box Springs, dining room and living room table, etc..... my items were damaged along with Real Hardwood Floors. After 2 months my floors did get fixed from the home I sold however my very expensive furniture didn't. They pretended I was so hard to reach but I submitted call logs and text messages to the Better Business Bureau showing they had every opportunity to make this right and they didn't. Also if you look at the people who wrote the reviews on Google, just click on their names and read other reviews they have left. I will let you form your own opinion on the validity of what you just read. My complaint can also be found on the Better Business Bureau for October/November 2021.....in my opinion there are way better moving companies out there. I was offered .60 per pound which will cover absolutely nothing. This move has cost be greatly. All I wanted was someone to show up and fix my furniture. THAT NEVER HAPPENED......

Highly recommend this moving company, professional with reasonable pricing! I had a group of 4 who moved me out of a building with elevators that were working intermittently, and they were so awesome and understanding! Loved having 4 movers that day & they all hustled without being careless. Would definitely recommend it!

They have a reputation for great customer service, updates on shipments, and respecting every client equally. They made moving so easy for us I can’t even begin to explain, not to mention affordable. We highly recommend them and therefore ever put in the situation we would absolutely use them again.
