The move was over estimated by 31 boxes and I still had to pay the original estimate even after contacting Jacksonville corporate office, Hill Van service of North Florida was very sloppy in sending correspondence related to my move. On the day of delivery the driver was 3 hours late and it took them 7 hours to unload a shipment under 5,000 pounds.
