Incomplete Move experience.
1. There were three glass items broken, totaling less than $100. 2 A large rug clearly marked "do not transport" was transported. The driver and the crew were specifically told about the items that were to remain. I had to ship the item back to its origin at my expense of $159.25. A claim has been filed with Hillier. 3. At the destination the driver was anxious to get to his new assignment and had the crew deposit a large amount of boxes and items in the garage that were clearly marked for other locations in the house. This amounted to about 10 to 12 boxes and several outdoor items and furniture. I did not discover this until they had left and I had the job of carrying them around the house and yard.
