  1. Worst movers EVER.

My move was from Southern California to Spokane Washington. The estimate kept going up. When they got there, the mover was "nice enough" to round it down to $5,000.
They put my stuff in storage.
When the truck finally arrived, the Spokane dude that was unloading it was amazing. The problem was that most of my boxes were crushed, smashed or ripped open. The other guy rushed so fast in having me check off the boxes I could hardly keep up.
So, "somehow" my new recliner's wire to recline was cut. They also broke the back of it, so that when it finally reclined (after pulling the wire from the back manually), the back dropped below the feet.
One of my sofa chairs had all 4 legs broken off.
Two large statues were broken. One the neck was broken and the other was essentially broken in half.
My jewlery hutch was missing, with all of it's contents. I did get the 4 legs, however,
I had 5 bakers racks. I got 4 of them, and only one set of legs.
My solid wood rocking chair had one of it's legs broken from the rocker.
It looked they they were trying to practice a caber toss from the Scottish Games with my boxes.
44% of my boxes were missing. MISSING. They didn't show up. Almost half my stuff. Clocks, personal items, family heirlooms, and my framed license to practice law in California, my framed diploma from law school and from undergraduate school, plus my framed admissions to the various courts in California.
I called and Dani said they'd check. Never called me back. I called again. Dani said they'd check. Never called me back. This went on and on. I NEVER got an answer from them, they kept blowing me off. They finally stopped returning my calls.
It is unconscionable that a business can "lose" almost 1/2 of your items, and simply pay you $.69/lb. One would think that if 1/2 your stuff was gone, then you should get close to 1/2 the cost of the move back. Nope. $300. That's it.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. That is, unless you want to start over from scratch, just about.

  2. Bad Experience.

I will share my whole experience. First was in touch with their sales department which provided me with a 1700$ ish quote on my one bedroom apartment. They arrived the date we had set loaded all my inventory on the truck and after it was all set and done said my full amount would be 3500$ ish. My inventory decreased by a large study desk from the original estimate which I decided to sell but increased by 3 boxes only. I was in a tight position as my lease was expiring after two days and there was no way I could secure a different mover. I said fine whatever lets get it all done. They promise a lot on the phone. If you want to be completely clear ask them for a copy of the contract so you can read the fine print. There is nothing in your hands against them. They are allowed to increase the price of a quote by 110%, can take up to 30 business days to deliver your goods along with so much more that is not in you favor this IN THEIR FINAL CONTRACT FINE PRINT along with a huge number of other binding agreements that protect them every single step of the way.

This was on the 19th of August. First available date 25 August. Delivery 6 October. In honesty they said 4 October but I wasn't available at that time. Took them ages to move my stuff. More than a month the inventory hadn't left origin. They never update you whenever you call them they will say no need to call we are trying our best we will get back to you which they never do. One I managed to get a hold of their dispatch unit employee only for her to be telling me yeah you've been calling everyday no need well let you know whenever it moves. So she knows I've been asking but never got back to me. Which is a very common theme once they are done securing your deposit. They finally came with my inventory the boxes were almost all damaged but no serious damage done to my inventory inside other than a few broken glass jars which were very well secured in bubble wrap. The issue is here they forgot a COMPLETE HALF OF my sectional a desk chair and a box full of memorabilia. I called and asked she checked with her people said we don't know where your stuff is we will get back to you. Surprise surprise never got back to me as per usual.

They are full of false promises when they want to secure your deposit. They have a very unprofessional and rude customer service employee. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere I had a horrible experience.

  3. This Company is full of Scumbags!

They charge you double once they have your stuff. They break and lose things. They're rude. Dani and David are liars. Bad people and a terrible company. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.

  4. Terrible.

Truly a testament to you get what you pay for. If only I could give negative stars. They cancelled my move due to faults of their own 3 hrs after the scheduled delivery time. I tried calling 4 separate times to try and get a hold of someone, anyone and all I was told was they were running behind. 3hrs after the scheduled time I got a phone call from the driver, who was extremely rude and even cursed at me saying they aren’t going to move my apt anymore. ALL OF THEIR OWN FAULT. 3 DAYS BEFORE I MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY! I tried calling today to get my deposit back and explain what happened and to try and get some sort of justification out of this and I WAS HUNG UP ON!! Incompetence, inept and a poor excuse for any sort of company doesn’t even begin to describe my experience with this place and these people. Do yourself a favor and book with anyone else, because surely no one else could be as terrible as infinity moving.

  5. Unethical Business, Disorganized, Poor Communication.

This company is very unorganized and seems to operate a small number of vehicles. A quote to move from my one bed room apartment ended up being 45% higher due to hidden fees and things that are out of the customers control. You will pay extra for movers having to walk more than 15 ft to an elevator. Movers having to negotiate stairs. Not being able to park an 18 wheeler in the parking lot. They will charge you for their choice in delivery vehicle. They charge a premium on everything and so your quote is sort of a bate and switch. This is this spirit airlines of moving companies, only less timely. They will say 'this is how all companies do it' which is flat out incorrect.

Communication is very poor in terms of delivery. When you request a delivery date, you will not be updated or confirmed for delivery and it can take up to 4 weeks AFTER your requested date to receive items. So you basically cannot travel or schedule time off work or schedule an elevator or loading dock, because you literally have zero notice of when the items will arrive. I've had to email and call no less than 8 times to try to get an update on window of delivery and I still can't get clarity. I feel like I'm being held hostage by this company as they don't provide delivery confirmation dates and keep hiding behind 'the contract'.

When questioned about the process and lack of communication, Dani, David, and the rest of the team at Infinity will shift responsibility to another team member, so issues don't get ever get resolved.

The best thing for you would be to not use this company. Seriously, any savings you think you might get will be gone by shady business practices and delays. It does not save money and you shouldn't reward companies that don't have it together.

  6. Khaled Al-Zouba.

Infinity Moving will give you the best estimate for your move. The program they are using estimates around $1000 less than what the actual charge is ,until you sign the agreement. After you sign, they send a driver to pick up the furniture and the driver gets to estimate how much is the actual cost by looking at the furniture. The driver estimate the weight, cubic feet of all the furniture just by looking at it. if you live in a luxury area, your estimate will be much greater than what they estimated and the computer suggest. a king size bed frame and mattress is the same every where. it will not change from area to area.
So the driver gets to decide what is the final cost. and he estimated my cost to be 1000 more. after long and long negotiation and after he was about to get out of the apartment. he said 1700. I refused their service because you can not judge people by where they live.
this company cannot play with people's emotions like this. they think because people wait until the last day to move, they will be vulnerable to accept any charges they want. I will donate the furniture rather than accepting their scam.
I spoke to the manager, she said this is what it is. she backed up her employee even though he was trying to scam me. she threatened me to take 30% of the charge extra because I refused to accept her lie.
this is outrageous and this is fraud.
they took $300 deposit and they refused to refund it to me.
Be careful from this company it is a fraud.

  7. Great choice.

Had a wonderful experience with this company had to say it was very stress-free. This was my first time moving long-distance and I was very worried on how everything would go but this company made it very easy for me. The crew who came to pick up did such a great job I had to tip them $100 each they were wonderful very fast very careful with all my furniture they wrap everything so nice and professional I was amazed. Yes I would really recommend this company!

  8. Very pleased.

We have used infinity moving for the second time. First time was a month ago, we had to move everything we own to storage until our house in SC was ready. The company offered us one month free storage but I needed excess so I had to pass and get my own unit. Infinity moved everything to that unit and from there to SC. I have 3 bedroom house, I needed some help with packing and I was given a total price of $3900 which was nothing compare to how much I paid 2 years ago when I moved to CA from WA. But it's not just the price, the crew were polite, professionals, very respectful. I'm not a young woman, it's always nice being treated with respect and patience from young boys especially when I have so many requests.
I am very happy with the move. Price was good, I received all of my belongings nothing was missing or damaged.
    I definitely recommend infinity!

  9. I Recommend infinity and use again!

The team I got was really enthusiastic, energetic and courteous. I was bothering them a lot with some of my decorations, but they did a perfect job with wrapping them so nothing got damaged, nothing got broken. The guys were so careful with my things and they were super tolerating to my requests. I am extremely satisfied because I did not have to pay much at all; actually the price was rather low if you ask me. You should definitely hire Infinity moving and storage. They treat their customers with great respect! If I move again, they will definitely be my choice again!

  10. Thank you Infinity Moving!!

I recently moved from San Diego to TX. These guys were great. They were very professional and friendly and delivered my stuff exactly when they said.

Mia, my account rep was awesome. She walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions.

Yes, it cost more than I was quoted, but it's because I ended up with about 20 more boxes than I estimated to them, and had a few more pieces of furniture than I realized. It's all good though.

They don't deserve the really harsh 1 review I've just read.

I appreciate all of your hard work.

  11. Horrible service.

Late arriving for loading, then proceeded to charge almost double from what I was quoted just at pickup. Took them 2 weeks after I sent my new address to deliver then wanted to charge more money due to the driver not being able to drive their truck properly. Upon opening my boxes, which 10 were smashed & had wholes all around them, had several of my items broken. When I had called and emailed the company about it was given the runaround and no response regarding my broken property. I would not recommend this moving company as they are unprofessional and do not care about their customer or their belongings.
