  1. Move from MI to FL

This is a horrible moving company!! Unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve now waited 52 days after my ‘ready date’ and still have not received my belongings. Since they go by ‘business’ days it’s been 38 days. I was spoken to rudely, hung up on and messages were not returned when asking for an update on when the movers were coming. Today I called again today and was told the movers will be here sometime between 12/4 and 12/6, which is a weekend and they don’t count those in their days, but I as a customer have to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very expensive and extremely poor service.

  2. Longer Delivery than told with no delivery date scheduled.

I hired Empire Moving Group who hired Insync Movers. On Oct 13th our things were picked up. I was told it would take 5-10 business days. Yesterday was the 10th business day. When I called I was told that my things are still here in Michigan and they didn’t know when my things would be delivered because there was no driver scheduled. When I asked for a refund and to tell me where my things were that I would go pick it up and take it to Texas myself. I was told it was too late for that. These companies are scammer, and lie about when your things will be delivered. When I asked about being told 5-10 business days they said it’s just an estimate and that it could take 21 or more business days. I tried looking up their USDOT number and was not able to locate it. I will contact the US Department of Transportation tomorrow to verify. Do not use these companies. They don’t care about you or your things. My things are sitting somewhere on a truck and they have not scheduled a driver to deliver our things.

  3. A Scam.

This moving company is just a price gauging scam. My estimate was $1446. for a 1 bedroom home, I ended up paying a total of $2,343.50 for 6 extra boxes that weren't on my original list of things to be moved. I expected to pay a little more, but not damn near double for 6 extra boxes. They will price gauge you to the max and because your things are already on their truck your basically SOL. Also, had to pay $150 cash both ways for a "long haul", just another way to get more money out of you. I would not recommend this company to anyone, but if you do, give them the EXACT number of items being moved, or they will get over on you. Overall, my experience was fustrating!

  4. Horrible.

This company does not deserve a great review, we have broken dishes, broken printer and our mattress was dragged on the ground so there's mud and holes. Ashlie also did not listen to what we were putting in the truck, we were charged more on the spot and she put items in the inventory list that we didn't even have. We were not allowed to choose the insurance that we wanted. ITS A SCAM!! Never am I using or recommending this company.

  5. Do not use this company.

I contracted with In Sync movers to move my property from Chicago to Arizona. They salesmen lie to you and make promises they know they won't keep and then they will jack up the price prior to even coming out. They showed up a day late and took 9 days to get my property to Arizona. When my stuff showed up, the move had been sold to another moving company and items were broken. Learn by my mistake and don't use this company.

  6. Worst moving ever.

The company is really rude, they don’t have their own truck, take a long time for moving. And they lost one of my boxes!!worst moving company ever!

  7. Buyer Beware.

I can hardly put into words how dissatisfied I am with Insync and the brokers that shuffled me to them. Everything started out fine(ish) and then the wheels fell off. Biggest complaint is the utter lack of professionalism. I've been hung up on, threatened, yell at/over, and left totally flabbergasted by the treatment I've received. Ultimately I feel overcharged - fewer items moved, less packing material needed and a much higher cost than an estimate given based upon a complete inventory with pictures. Consistently told different stories by the broker and the movers. Never again!

  8. My move.

The guys who came to do my move were very professional they moved me from FL to Nevada . Packing was very professional and I received my items in 6 days as requested .

Would refer them to my friends and family.

  9. Best move.

I booked a move with Joseph a month ago from Chicago toFortlauderddlae and set a date. The driver Fredi and a helper came and picked my job. They were very professional and did it fast. Delivery was done in 5 days. very happy with the price and service. Will recommend any time.

  10. God Bless You.

I couldn't be more blessed having these wonderful guys move me . Not only were they gentleman they went above and beyond, to help me with my packing . I couldn't handle getting all of my belongings packed since I am partially disabled . They stepped up to the plate and treated me like I was their mother . I was amazed on how kind they were , and they didn't overcharge me for the extra work they did . Its nice to know in this day and age that there are still people who truly have a heart .

  11. It would have been better to hire someone off Craigslist.

In December of 2019 I contracted with a company called Trinity Van Lines for an upcoming move. I went over in detail everything that we were moving and told them it was a 4 bedroom house. They gave me an estimate and we secured the move. Jump ahead to the next month. I find out my move has been sold to another company called InSync Movers. This company shows up on 1/29/2020 and instantly tells me they can't honor my quote and that it will be more. I attempt to call Trinity where I am told that I already signed the paperwork and they have nothing to do with the move. So I contact the moving company Dispatcher Ashlie. She tells me I should just leave some of my stuff behind. That not being a reality we agree to a price. She says this is the final price for the move. I say ok and they start loading. Then they tell me that their truck is too small and they will have to come back the next day. The next day rolls around and Ashlie calls me and says I have to pay more money. I say no just bring my stuff back and I will find a new mover. She then says I can't have my stuff back and she will keep it until I agree to pay a higher price. Holding more than half of my stuff hostage, I call the credit card company and BEG for an increase. They give it to me and Ashlie demands that I use the entire increase to pay for the remainder of my move. Reluctantly I agree for fear that I will never see my things again. The crew comes to the house and loads some more stuff. I am then told All of my items will be moved to a tractor trailer and delivered later next week. Well Sunday rolls around and here are the movers, but only with a tiny truck. They tell me they will have to make another trip to get the rest. So for an entire week of trying to call and contact Ashlie I hear nothing then finally I am told it will be there either the 13 or 14th. Another small truck shows up on Thursday. I am anticipating all of my stuff. They tell me there will need to be a third trip. This crew drops things off the truck, breaks things in front of me, and doesn't put it where it is supposed to go. As I am unpacking things from these first two deliveries, I am coming across broken things, damaged items, clothes that smell like an ash tray, and missing items that I pray will come in on the third truck. The third truck finally arrives with a small amount of things. More damages and alas my items are still missing. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had. It is clear that there is gross negligence and deceptive business practices with these companies. I am attempting to recover my money spent on this as I am going to end up spending more just replacing and repairing the items they damaged.

  12. The Worst Movers Ever!!

They came a days late. They took 21 days to deliver my things, and they they lose many articles and broke many other pieces of furniture. They charged me to deliver the part of my shipment left behind in storage by them. Then they wanted more money and they delivered boxes belonging to someone else.

  13. The worst moving experience.

First we were contacted by Trinity Van Lines, Inc and then they sold our contract to Insync Movers, Inc. The most unprofessional moving company. They lost our new mattress of $500 and planning to pay us $50 for it. Lost some other items and broke some pieces of glass and china. They give you one quote and then they change it and you pay much more for a horrible service. The whole move was a nightmare. Do not trust or do business with this company.
