  1. SCAM!!!!

    These people are AWFUL. They showed up at my house, told me it was going to cost almost double what I was quoted.

    They said it would take 1000 cu ft on the truck instead of the 630 I was quoted. They claimed they couldn't stack my items because they were too fragile. They also tried to say I have oversized furniture which I don't.

    The guy tried to get me to sign a new contract, BLANK. Who TF would be stupid enough to sign a blank contract??

    My husband was a freight driver. He said everything would take 1000 SQUARE FEET, that they were trying to inflate everything. So our $3500 quote became $6000.

    Save yourself the time and aggravation, go with one of your REPUTABLE, LOCAL movers, not these clowns.

  2. Missing/Lost items

    This company is GARBAGE! They moved me in May and delivered in June. Not only were some of my items missing, there were also items that belonged to someone else in with mine. I did place a claim, but to date, have not gotten a response. No one ever answers the phone or responds to voicemail. I want to cry, as some of my things were sentimental. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  3. Thieves! DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Also, DO NOT allow the moving company that you hire to subcontract to these crooks! They did absolutely nothing right! I had a very small move. I only shipped 2 pieces of furniture and they lost the one piece and badly damaged the other one. Almost every one of my boxes was crushed, collapsed, smashed, broken, and some were open. All of them were filthy and dirty. The one box that didn't make it to my home was a box I had labeled, "Loose Change." Yes, I shouldn't have labeled it that, but they shouldn't have STOLEN IT!!! They never call you back or give you an ETA. The crew that comes to get your stuff or drop your stuff off, tries to shake you down for more money. This crew is a bunch of scumbags and criminals. I filed a claim, but now I'm filing a lawsuit!

  4. THE WORST - ZERO STARS

    In full disclosure I am still waiting for my things -so cannot comment on condition. I feel totally scammed. so nice and communicative to get your money - then total silence. They arrived late. Jacked up price on how many cubic feet we took up. We said remove overage - and our space magically was rearranged for less overage. Still had to pay more and I'm sure this is their gig. We were promised tracking and speedy delivery and were never informed that our stuff would be offloaded into a warehouse - where it has been sitting for 2 weeks apparently. A sure recipe for loss and damage. Absolutely no one answers the phone or returns calls. You are left with zero idea where and when your stuff is and when and if it will ever arrive. I was completely suckered in by a good salesman - who of course has disappeared as well. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

  5. THIS IS A SCAM!! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE!!!

    This company is the WORST I've ever experienced dealing with anyone or anything ever in my life. Honestly no one should ever have to encounter the unprofessionalism, lies and manipulation of this company. They will 1st offer an affordable price, come to your home, pack your stuff THEN final balance is 4TIMES the "ESTIMATED QUOTE". Then when your stuff are to be delivered they will make sure you go through all the obstacles in the world to make it possible to NOT deliver your stuff(EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY YOUR MONEY) THEN THREATEN TO AUCTION OFF YOUR STUFF!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! NOT TO MENTION YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH ANYONE, BLOCK YOU IF THEY WANT TO AND CONTACT YOU WEEKS AFTER IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THEM!!!!

    I made huge mistake by thinking it is cheap and won’t happen with my shipment. It’s a horror moving company, avoid them unless you care that your boxes will get lost or your Funiture gets broken. Good luck!

  7. They should be CANCELED

    Do not use them as your moving company!!!! Read these negative reviews and find another company with actual positive reviews. I wish we had done our research so we could have avoided this stressful experience.

    We used a moving broker and they selected this company, so we were unable to vet them before booking our move.

    We were charged an additional almost $3k on our original quote and unable to reach anyone for this blatant up charge because conveniently after 5 pm both the broker and this moving company were out of office!!!! A move originally agreed to be under $3k now became $5k plus. All of our items were already in the truck and we already had turned in our keys to our landlord. What a horrible situation to be in, let me tell you.

    Then, the company promised 1-21 days to deliver our items from California to Maine. It took 2 months!

    They never called or emailed us to give us updates. We had to constantly call them to get any kind of info regarding our items. It was the worst experience we’ve had with customer service from a company.

    Lastly, to add insult to injury, our items were triple stacked on top of each other, several of our boxes arrived damaged, our tv boxes were upside down in the truck, our safe was damaged, our hydroponic indoor growing system damaged, boxes were falling apart, and the movers had to re tape countless boxes on the truck in front of us so they could move the boxes off the truck without all the items falling out. Literally, WTF!?!?!?

    We’re filing a claim to try to get money to repair the items they damaged in transport. Based on the other reviews, this looks like it’s going to be a long stressful battle to get any type of claim properly compensated.

    Stay far far away from this company. You’ve been warned.

  8. RUN FROM THIS COMOANY

    Absolute con-artists. Gave original quote but showed up day of move to tell us it would be $4k more. Took weeks to deliver our broken items and then threatened to take our belongings if we didn't pay an addition $4K, and put into storage. They use the name of other companies and their reputation and are subcontracted out. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are disgusting human beings.

  9. Bait and switch

    Most unprofessional company I had ever dealt with. Clear scam artists. Doubled my rate during pick up , took 6 weeks to call me and say they could deliver my stuff when it was supposed to be within 21 days. Wanted more cash upon delivery or stuff would go in storage.. never answered calls or emails. I spoke to Nancy once from main office and she was disinterested and could careless to help me. She said manager would call me back to help straighten out my job... never happened. Never use this company , ever. You have been warned.

  10. Disasterous

    Do not use this company. Damaged all the cups and saucers in each of the 3 boxes and the biggest expense was the broken waved glass of a Curio cabinet. Very expensive to replace and their settlement was $50 for all the broken cups and saucers and glass which they have not paid yet and it has been 2 months. What a sham company.

  11. Sleezy

    Do not use this company! First of all they showed up two hours late and actually hit my neighbors car with the moving truck. Which meant the police had to be called further delaying the move.

    Then when we finally started going over what was being moved with the driver he insisted it was now going to be more expensive by 50% because it was going to take up more space then the estimated. I offered to remove boxes, even knowing perfectly well that the cubic feet priced was correct and even proved it to him with a tape measure. Simple math for cubic feet length x width x height. After he insisted even removing some boxes would not lower the price and said they could move it for the original price or refuse the shipment and refund my money. At this point magically it was only 25% but I heald my ground eventually they got on the phone with their dispatch and left. They are an absolute scam and will show up and try to get you to pay more money. Do not use them or get taken advantage by there sleezy tactics.

    It's a scam trashy broker company . Photos never lie . They damaged our furniture & lost valuables. Worst customer service ( Nancy ) she doesn't appreciate the business, doesn't follow up as she promised to call about the lost items. But sure will call to pay. My 1 year old baby crib mattress, rail , screws & nails are gone also XBox & microwave probably stolen . Run away worst moving company will destroy your stuff with cold blooded.

  13. Don't use them

    I called Trinity Relocation Group thinking it was a moving company with a very good rating. No, they're a broker for moving companies ,which was never disclosed over the phone, but is in their contract. My mistake not reading it, but dishonest in my opinion since not one person there revealed that fact to me. Price I got from Trinity was in line with other companies, so I picked them due to rating.

    Unfortunately, Integrated Moving Solutions Inc, located in Kenilworth, NJ, picked up my job.

    They were five hours late on the day they were supposed to pick up my belongings.

    Problems didn't start until I gave them the date to deliver. Had a date, but the house closing was put off for two days. I called a few days ahead and told them and set up a new date. It took them 14 days past my new scheduled date to deliver my stuff, and they literally gave less than one day notice. Fortunately that wasn't a problem for me. They were supposed to come in the morning, but showed up after 6pm. So, about 10 hours late. I didn't know that they were storing my things in NJ. I lived in Va, and was moving to NC. I'm guessing that's why the extreme delay. They failed to deliver some items. I called the girl at their office, and she was less than useless. No phone calls, no contact at all. I waited a week and called again. Luckily, I got a guy who managed to find one of my items, a ladder, in less than five minutes, and said he'll look for a box that didn't make it. The item had my identification on it, so no idea why the girl couldn't find it, or why no one called me to say they had it. Ladder was delivered a few days later. As of this review, still haven't found my missing box. Guess it was delivered to someone else. Just so you know, the contract does say they have 21 days to deliver, so that's on me, but that's why I'm writing this review. It's about what to do to avoid these problems. This was my first time using a moving company. The men who picked up and delivered my furniture were great. No issues with them, at all. It's the people who set up the schedule, the extreme distance that they stored my items, and the girl who answers the phone that are the problem.

    Here's how to avoid these problems:

    1: Make sure the company you're talking to isn't a broker. Ask them upfront. If they are, go elsewhere. You might as well deal directly.

    2: Don't have the moving company store your stuff. You don't know how far away they'll store

    it. Once they have your stuff, you're a captive of the company, and the girl answering the phone didn't seem to care.

    3: Find a local storage facility, and have the moving company deliver to them.

    Then when you're ready, hire a local company to move your stuff to your new home.

    4: Don't use Integrated Moving Solutions Inc.

  14. Lost my most precious box.

    Integrated Moving Solutions packed the items for my son's move and put all the most expensive items in one box and did not list the items. The box was supposedly lost and they made no effort to find it. The items were valued at over $2000 and have done nothing about our claim. Worst moving company ever.

    And to all parties involved,

    This is what transpired in relation to the move between David Miller, All American and Integrated Moving Solutions. In the beginning of discussions with Sandy I said I would like to have my items picked up on Wed. Nov. 13th and delivered on Fri. Nov 15th. I was asked what I preferred morning or afternoon delivery; I chose afternoon. There was to be 2 pick-up stops, my condo and my business, no more than 10 min away, less than 10 miles and 3 stops in Atlanta: I was told no problem. In the beginning it was estimated I had less than a full 26 Ft truck. After sending both photos and videos Sandy suggested to reserve a full 26 ft. truck, also the pick-up date was changed from Wed. to Tue. the 12th between 9-10 AM, because it would take two days to load. That is the way it was left. There was no mention about not having to deviate the pick-up day, delivery day or something other a 26 ft truck that I was paying for.

    I receive a call Mon. around 5:00 from customer service my pick-up is scheduled for Wed, at 7:00 AM. I said it was supposed to be Tue. 9-10:00. I asked if the time could be changed, she put me on hold, called dispatch and told me the time could NOT be changed. I received a call at 10:30 Tue. evening from the driver telling me they are coming at 3:00 Wed. afternoon. I argued with him that was not going to work. He finally said they would be here at 7 AM but would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I kept asking why he had to leave and finally understood the reason was to go to court. I asked him how many stops were scheduled for me, He texted me his paperwork and the only stop he had was 1265 Lost Nation with the wrong city, no 2nd stop for my business. I texted back on how many stops in George were scheduled but got no response. When I spoke to the driver Wed morning I did not know All American subs out the actual move to Integrated Moving Solution (the other moving companies warned me about using someone that is just a broker) and that dispatch doesn’t open until 9 or 9:30 the driver didn’t know. The driver shows up Wed. at 8:30 and they start to wrap the furniture. I noticed there was furniture at the front of the truck, meaning they had a pick-up before me which is why they couldn’t get to me until Wed. I checked with Sandy and confirmed I was to have a full truck. It also occurred to me there is one guy that has to go to court, and there is one truck, I asked the guy, ‘are you both leaving with the truck, going to court and then coming back and you really don’t know when?’ He said yes. By the time I spoke to All American, reached the dispatch person arguing with both and actually telling them I am cancelling the move and am asking the movers to stop wrapping and to leave, I get a call from dispatch he is sending Uber to pick up the driver so he can got to court. So now there is one man loading a truck be himself. The other man doesn’t get back until 4:30. My condo took up 2/3s of the truck which means the 2nd stop was to be Cabinet Hardware, where I should have had some of my business loaded on that truck, that night. Dispatch is called and is arguing with me refusing to pick up any of my business items. Finally tells the driver to go and can ONLY pick up ONE item, a filing cabinet nothing else.

    You must agree, this whole move has been unacceptable from the start, to me and as a business. I would like to know what can be done. I’ve owned my own business for 50 yrs and the one thing I learn it customer service first. One way or another if something did not go the way it should, I made it right with that customer. I have not been able to live in the apartment

    I am renting and have no inventory which is my livelihood so I can conduct business. I have paid thousands of dollars and not received anywhere the professional service I expected. What makes it worse, is I still have my whole business back in Cleveland and I will have to pay another company to transport it down here. I would appreciate a personal phone call from you to discuss this.
