  1. Stay away from this company, if you can. It is a scam.

Stay out of this business if you can. I know it is hard when the offer is too good to be true. But as the saying is 'if it is too good to be true then it is not true. If there was an option to give them a 0 (zero) rating, I would have given that to this company.

You will be cheated beyond your imagination. This is a scam, probably one man operated company projecting as a mover. The person (Chris, chris@integrityvanlines.us) seems to be a broker getting money from you, and selling you to some driver.

I purchased the contract from them to move from NY to NC, and gave them full details of our household I.e. number of bedroom, items etc. to the most possible detail one can imagine. Then at the day of moving, when the driver showed up, he declined to pick up the stuff saying it was too much, but when I asked the question what is out of the contract he could not explain. Original contract was for $3694.22, but he said he won't pickup unless we agree for $6,500. So, I called this company to tell them what was going on, and the company instead of speaking to the driver, told me they cannot do anything, whatever driver is asking we have to pay, if we want our stuff to be moved. With all the things in motion, I.e. joining the job in another city, kids school starting in the new city, I could not afford to wait another 2-3 weeks to plan the move with another provider, so I negotiated with the driver and he agreed to moved everything (he said he does not need to see anything anymore because he would just move everything), for $5,500.

I was disappointed but consoled myself thinking that at-least our stuff was moving as planned. Not true. At around 11pm, while still the last room was to go, driver (named James) came to me and said that he would not load anymore stuff, and I can do whatever I want but he just won't carry anything in his truck). He said he does not want to give any reason, but he just won't carry anymore stuff because he has to pickup another house stuff in the same truck/trip. So, I negotiated with him again and got him to agree to put my son's desk/chair and our TV. I thought I was done for the day, but I was wrong, my miseries were not over. After he loaded the truck, he came to me around 12midnight and gave me a sheet of paper with virtually nothing in it, did not get my signature on any paper, or his signature on any paper, confirming what he had taken from my house, and left with the truck.

I know this is a long post, but I want to warn everyone who is thinking to hire this mover, be very careful and choose another mover. it will be worth extra money if you have to pay that to the other movers.

    -SS.

  2. Very shady!!

Very very shady ! I was brokered out to integrity and wa the worst moving company I have ever been in contact with .overcharged me at the weigh station after my things were on the truck . They showed me a weigh slip of the before weight and then a slip of what my weight was .. there’s no way my one bedroom apartment with no appliances weighed that much !
I have done this move before .. then they had the nerve to hint around for a tip .. twice !
Think they got enough of a top when they over charged me !
Still mad about it I should have filed a claim but didn’t .. but can still contact the better business bureau
    Very very shady !!

  3. Worst Moving Company Ever.

All my things were damaged or missing. Any photos you see where it appears as though everything will be ok is a ruse. DO NOT choose Integrity Van Lines you'll regret it just like me. For a complete description see my Yelp.

  4. Rip off.

I was brokered out to integrity van lines out of plano Texas from a company called ez moving van lines for my move from Hammond LA to traverse city MI
What a rip off!! They showed up and loaded up my things I had everything packed so they just wrapped the furniture.
I had a binding estimate of $2,500 weight estimate of 3,000 lbs and 480 sq ft , which was high estimate I was informed for a one bedroom apartment no appliances . I they also said it wouldn't go up unless I had more than the number of boxes I stated on the estimate
I followed them to the weigh station after loading and they told me my shipment weighed 6,000 lbs!
I told them that was impossible for what I had a one bedroom apartment! I had moved these items before and the weight wasn't even 3,000 lbs !
He said well I showed you what the truck weighed before we loaded and this is what it is now . There were other people's items on the truck when they showed up and I have a feeling they showed me the weight of one of the 2 loads probably the first one they picked up . I he then said well I'll put it at 5900 I saidbhow canbyou do that? I told him this is ridiculous it doesn't weighvthat much !! There no way ! He said well you are also 20 items over . I said I am not I only had 15 boxes and 3 totes plus furniture and I actually had over estimated the number of boxes . He then proceeded to tell me I had 800cu sq ft instead of the 480 as estimated. I said this is ridiculous! I tried to call es moving but they just said would have to call me back !! I had no choice but to fork over the $1600 extra which I'm sure they pocketed . What could I do was already on the 28 ft truck they had and there were 4 men against me a woman alone . The foreman did all the talking and paperwork . Very very shady ! I am filing a complaint and am so pissed this happened! Sontital I paid to move a one bedroom apartment was 4,000 instead of 2500 or less from the estimate , which probably would have been less.

  5. The abuse of the drivers.

Don't be fooled by the name Integrity. This company doesn't practice integrity in any way. I choose this company because the sales person convinced me that they would do a great job. During my interview as I was trying to decide whether to use them, I specifically asked the lady if they used their own trucks and I told her that I didn't want them to broker out my job. She assured me they didn't do that. Boy was that a lie! This lady was nice to me until about a week after I had already paid them one-third of the cost and to my shock I got a call from a company called Eden Van Lines and was told they were my movers! I told them no because they were not Integrity Van Lines. The Eden Mover guy than told me that Integrity are brokers! They completely lied to me about that fact. After that I really wanted to cancel but didn't because it was very difficult to find another mover on short notice,
and also I didn't know if I would be able to get my 1/3 deposit back. Had I known that it would only have gone from bad to worse I certainly would have cancelled with them! The thing was I was really stuck. Eden cancelled me because I had told them I didn't want them, but only wanted Integrity to do the job. Than I was calling many other movers trying to find a replacement but since I needed to move my stuff picked up within 2 days it was impossible to find another mover.

After Eden cancelled they found me a company calledTransit Moving Systems which they are now calling their sister company.

Transit Movers is worse than Integrity in my opinion,. They are the ones who brought me two very bad drivers both on pick up and on delivery. The thing I have learned f rom this nightmare experience, is that you are at the mercy of the drivers. If you don't do exactly what they say, they yield a power over you and you are left very vulnerable. Especially since this company is headquartered in Florida and I was first on Mountain Standard Time and than on Pacific time, it was very difficult to even communicate with anyone from Integrity. I am a single woman and I felt very taken advantage of by the drivers.

The first one who picked up my st uff tried to force me to sign papers stating I would be willing to pay about $1500 more than agreed. I refused and than he wanted to cancel the job and he stopped loading my stuff! I finally managed to get one of the owners of Integrity on the phone, by the name of Doran, and he spoke directly to this driver. The driver at first even refused to speak to the owner,s aying he didn't know him and he would only listen to his own supervisor! This is the reason I didn't want to use a company that broker's out their jobs. One company doesn't know what the other company agreed and it complicates things greatly. Do better research than I did, and make sure they are not going to broker out your job. The second driver, Rubi was emotionally abusive, extremely angry, and a control freak. But more about him later on as he was the real reason my move was hellish. I know this is long, but please read to the end.

Another complaint I have about Integrity is that they don;t return phone calls and they are very very difficult to get on the phone once you give them your deposit and sign up with them. There is only one person in the company, who ever returned my calls. His name is Scott. Scott is also the only person in the company who was honest with me. He finally told me that, if broker companies like theirs told customers that they were going to give the job to someone else no one would use them. That is why they lie about it. I was extremely disappointed by the lady Lee, the saleperson who was very personable with me, because although I called her many times and left her messages she refused to return any of my calls even though she had told me" I am always available" Yea right! L:ee had promised me that my stuff would arrive within a week after being picked up. Well it didn't arrive until 2 weeks after pick up so I was without anything for a whole week and had to purchase things just to survive.

The company never bothered to inform me of when my things would actually arrive. I had to constantly call them to find out.And again getting anyone at Integrity on the phone is very difficult. Scott is the only one who cared enough to help me and find out the information I needed.

Well here comes the worst part. The day my belongings were to finally arrive. I was in touch with the driver by phone since the morning he left Colorado. I had been told by Scott that my driver left Monday evening, the 3rd of July when in fact he actually didn't leave until the 5th of July. Remember I was told that my things would arrive by Friday the 30th or if not the 30th surely by Saturday the 1st at latest!
Well when I spoke to Rubi on the phone I told him please come in the morning because he had to go to my storage unit after my house. He argued with me on the phone insisting the storage unit would stay open till 9 PM. He thought he knew more than me about my own storage facility. Well he came at 3 PM and than he took 30 minutes to even start unloading the truck.

This guy Rubi acted like I worked for him! He started bossing me around the minute he got off the truck. The first thing he said is you need to stand here by the truck and check off the inventory sheet. It was very hot outside and I wanted to be in my house to do the inventory sheet. He than complained feercly about me staying I wasn't allowing him to do his job because I didn't want to stand outside in the sun and do the inventory. He acted completely insane really. He than called the police over the inventory sheet! When the police man arrived he helped mediate between us by asking what we both wanted. Calling the police was completely unnecessary but this guy obviously has had a lot of problems in life; and doesn't know the basics of communication and cooperation. The fact that the company hires people like Rubi is reason enough never to use them.

Rubi wasted a lot of my time. He stayed outside on the phone for 2 hours calling his boss and complaining to whomever he was talking to,meanwhile I was left just waiitng for him to get the job done! What should have only taken 2 hours took him 4 and a half hours. He was here from 3 to 7:30. I actually had plans that night that I had to cancel due to his inefficiency. On top of this he was plain mean to me! I had one piece of furniture, the most expensive piece which was still on the truck .When I asked him about it, he told he he sold it to my neighbor for $1000. He would say all kinds of things to me to try to get me upset. He called it kidding but to me he was extremely abusive. The things he did like call the police, twice, once on Thursday and than again the next morning at the storage unit, were so stressful to me that I couldn't sleep after he left on thursday night and the trauma of how he talked to me and what I went through is still with me

On top of how I was treated, there are 20 boxes of my things missing, and some of my things are broken. I don't know how the company is going to compensate me for the 20 boxes of my things missing and all the broken things, but I also want them to compensate me for the emotional stress and the abuse caused by Rubi and the other driver, and also for the things I had to buy during the week they were late.
I will happily take them to court if they don't willingly pay me for the emotional horror I went through as I have witnesses.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Integrity Van Lines and fr om Transit Moving Systems.

  6. Do Not Hire this company.

My family hired this company for a cross country move, and it has been the worst experience ever. The sales person, worked with us on the date for pickup by starting with our arrival date of June 8. Using that date, he decided on a pickup date of June 1 and said that would be plenty of time. He also said that we have $40,000 of insurance, but we found out that wasn't true when the movers arrived (unless we paid them more). So our stuff was picked up, moved to storage somewhere, and it sat there for supposedly 19 days. Meanwhile, Integrity van lines kept providing us with unknown or missed delivery dates. They made false promises over and over again, the sales person said that he was not involved anymore, and that we were harassing him by asking him for updates. They stopped answering the phone (unless we called from a different number), and when we did speak to someone, they transferred us, disconnected the line, or provided another phone number to someone who doesn't answer or know anything about the situation.

This is a fraudulent company, posing as a carrier, and they brokered out our entire move. There was an unmarked truck at pickup and a North American truck at delivery - all of the truck photos on their website with a logo are clearly photoshopped. Integrity Van Lines and storage did not have our items before arrival, a company called "State to State Move" now had them. The original State to State Move driver who had our items was either fired or quit, resulting in another missed delivery date, and the new driver/owner cussed us out and threatened us because I wanted to drive to Los Angeles to gather my belongings instead of waiting for them to bring our stuff to us. Our belongings were supposed to arrive June 8, 2017, but didn't arrive until June 23, 2017 in a North American moving truck. Not only did we deal with unprofessional practices and people from pickup to delivery, but they lost and destroyed many of our belongings.

After we were threatened and cussed out by the owner of State to State Move, we finally heard from the owner of Integrity Van Lines and he said not to worry - that our stuff will arrive and he will talk to [NAME EDIT] about his behavior. He also said that yes, we do have $40,000 of insurance, like the salesman told us initially. He said to take photographs of everything and send them to him, along with receipts for expenses while we were without our belongings for over 3 weeks. We submitted the inventory list of our damaged items, and he responded stating he received it and sent it to insurance. After continuing to follow up with him, but not hearing a response, I finally received an email from him stating that he doesn't insure anyone that has written a bad review. It is now August 2, 2017, and we still have not received any reimbursements.

Intergrity Van Lines and Storage lied about being a carrier instead of a broker, payments received, insurance coverage, the date of delivery, where our belongings were located, the names of the drivers, and they have been extremely threatening and unprofessional in communication. [NAME EDIT] from dispatch is extremely unprofessional. [NAME EDIT] from Dispatch/customer service threatened to delay our delivery and remove any discounts if I didn't remove a bad review prior to delivery. [NAME EDIT] from the office told us our stuff was in storage because we didn't authorize a payment, but they charged our credit card 7 days prior to her saying that. They also are charging us significantly more money than the original price even though we did a thorough inventory over the phone. And the brokered company, State to State Move, threatened us stating that he would drive our belongings back to the original pick up location if we didn't continue with the still unknown delivery date of our belongings. I tracked our stuff down, and the truck was parked in a random storage facility in Los Angeles, and I wanted to drive down there to get our stuff. I called the police and they agreed to stand on the sidelines in case of continued threats. But, then after everything was escalated that far, I received a delivery date of the following Monday.
