Not a trust worthy company
They charged me for Door-to-Door with all fees included except quarantine but they agent at destination applied all kinds of junk fees and i had to pay to get my stuff.
they promised 4-6 weeks to destination but it took 16 weeks to get my stuff. even their agent at destination took more than 10 days after custom release, to deliver my stuff.
I have some expensive art work that was damaged and when I asked for insurance information that i had paid for so I could claim damages they came up with an excuse and told me they never issued a policy so they charged me for insurance but never paid the insurance company to buy me the policy. This company is not to be trusted. They are in business to make as much money from you as they possibly can. I feel I was screwed big time. Do not recommend this company.
Did the job but not the most professional
My belongings arrived on time and undamaged and so this is the most important thing for a moving company to get right. In other respects I would have hoped for them to be more professional, for example:
1) They changed the date of my pickup relatively close to the date which I was able to accommodate but this would have caused real issues if I hadn't.
2) They increased the price versus their quote by inflating the space the items took up (I had everything in storage immediately before so I knew the exact size) and then adding a bogus 'service tax' to the total. My questions on both were ignored until I paid.
This sort of behavior is unacceptable but all too common in this industry as people don't move often. I would hesitate to recommend because of this experience.

They did a great job delivering everything without scratches or dents. That's what we were most afraid of. This is a great international moving company. They are very responsive and diligent with your things. Highly recommend.

Interovers are just so comfortable to work with. It was my first moving experience and they made it seem so easy. They guide you well and suggest the appropriate measures for efficient completion of the task. Also, their cost effective methods are really helpful.

Lovely service. Wanted to book a last minute move and it was organized for the next day. The movers came on time (despite the snowy weather) and let me know of their ETA before arriving. They were quick and courteous. Easiest and most pleasant experience ever with moving!

I was afraid I was not going to be able to take my car to Hong Kong because I thought it would break the bank, but this company will actually work with you. This company gives you peace of mind while they handle all the hard work; including all the documentation to go through customs. I am very impressed and I will most definitely use them again!

I am excited posting this because as you all know there is no good movers out there. Seems like everyone had only bad experience with movers but I am here to tell you otherwise. These guys are awesome. Professional beyond belief. I would definitely use them again.

I don’t usually write reviews because of lack of time but I have to this time simply because I have not yet in my life actually had a great experience with a moving company, have you?? Usually all movers are bad, and I used maybe 8-10 in my life of constantly moving around for my job. Even though my company pays for all my moving expenses, I still need to research for best deal around. Well, Inter Movers is the best deal around. Take it from the pro.
Great mover!!
I have used Inter Movers for my move going to Riga Latvia for work purposes. Even though my company was paying for the move they have requested that I should find a mover. Off course I did my homework and researched movers. I must have spoken to 4-5 movers at least. Inter Movers was by far most knowlegeble of them all as far as customs. Their rates were also great. Very carefu and on time delivery. We’ll recommended.

They made my money count, provided everything that I asked for, ensured a safe and sound packing and moving, charged within the quoted amount and never gave me a chance to complain. That is what professionalism is all about.”.
Worst experience ever.
One of the worst experiences in my life. Everything went wrong. I continued to give them the benefit of doubt for a while but have come to the conclusion that they don't care about the customer. Here are all the things that went wrong:
1. Delivery from NJ to France came in after 10 weeks when we were promised 6-8 weeks in the beginning.
2. I took full service & paid in full at the beginning. Still when the shipment reached the destination I was told that my shipment has been selected for scanning & I need to pay for that before it could be released by customs. Ok, customs is charging for it, I'll pay even though it sounds fishy. I never received documentation/ invoice as proof. They sent an invoice on the european partners letterhead instead.
3. I was told that I'd to pay extra for delivery to 3rd floor before my shipment could be delivered. Again, this is after I paid for full service. They were going to keep my shipment hostage till I paid. So, I paid.
4. They were responsible for dismantling, packing, shipping & re-setting up of my furniture under the full service. Apparently the crew that dismantled my furniture either didn't pack screws or did pack it properly. Either ways, the furniture arrived without any screws & they couldn't re-set it up. Now, they are refusing to take care of this as they are in US & can't do it in France(Well, you delivered here. Didn't you?)
Nothing has gone right & they have basically told me to take care of it on my own. Really frustrating. No one should use their services. Ever..
Suprisingly easy.
We shopped around for the best price and Inter Movers came in lowest for a quote moving to AU. From the beginning we found the people at Inter Movers to be honest, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone was great to work with: Michael our estimator and the three men who did the heavy lifting and loading were a pleasure to deal with. The move itself went on without any problems, and the final cost was exactly what was estimated. Would use them again without hesitation if mood strikes to move back to the states.
