  1. Don't Use this company

    The most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. Number of my personal belongings were stolen during the move and i have not heard a word about any compensation from this company. It took weeks before i even got some of my personal belongings. I have already sued them and have asked an attorney to take them to the court. I know a good number of other customers who have experienced the same low quality of service. They come up with all kind of lies to get more customers. Please don't fall into their trap.

  2. Crooked with shady business practices

    Worst moving company I have ever worked with. Overcharged, and hired a random guy off Craigslist to help with the unload. Did not even get his last name let alone any kind of credentials. This guy ended up stealing not only the COD payment (after they demanded cash), but also several of my valuables. They refused to take responsibility for the theft by their employee and don't want to reimburse my stolen property. Filing a police report against them and likely lawsuit(s), as well. Shady business practices, unresponsive, won't make it right. Avoid at all costs!!!

  3. Ii just want my stuff delivered with no up charges

    Jet pick up my stuff at my house in San Digeo. Right off there is a up charge for heave idems, adding to an already stressful day. They load all our stuff all is good. Them it starts, the move is going to MI I do not hear from Jet for weeks so I start calling and can only leave messages, after 4 messages over more than a week they call me back.

    I ask when is my stuff coming and I do not want to be paying for storage the 1st mo is free while they set up the move. I have rented a storage unit in MI awaiting Jet Moving to show up. She tells me she will call back she does not, I ask her I just need a 1 week window so I can make plans. In 2 weeks I start leaving messages again and sending EMAILS she calls, me after 4 days again I state I do not want to pay for storage and when is my stuff coming she says there is 3 other moves going to MI and she will call me back to let me know, She Does Not we are now at 7 weeks with no idea when my stuff is coming and I am paying for an empty storage unit in MI awaiting a phone call! I just need to know when are they arriving and why am I paying for an empty storage unit on my end will they give me a credit? I need them to Call me an commit to a date going on 2 month

    Jet Moving held our goods for over 10 weeks before finally delivering!

    If I could give a 0 star review I would!

    This was our experience on pickup:

    We were assigned Jet Moving by moving broker Trinity Relocation Group

    The broker did an over the phone estimate and promised delivery 7-10 days after our first available date.

    Jet Moving arrived in rental truck with crew that was obviously hired for the day.

    They then gave us a revised estimate nearly double the original estimate

    They demanded that we pay in cash with half paid before loading

    They did not give us an estimated delivery date but referred us to the contract which said they had 30 business days to deliver and after that the delivery was discounted $30/day.

    This was our experience after pickup:

    They would not respond to phone messages or to email. On the rare occasions where someone answered the phone that person never had any information for us about our delivery.

    Three separate times we were told our goods were loaded onto a truck and would be in transit only to find out, when we called them a week later that they had in fact not loaded our goods and had no idea when our goods would be loaded or that the loaded part of our items but did not have enough room and had to unload them again!

    Jet storage again pulled up in a rental truck which they had driven from Temecula to Colorado to deliver our goods

    Again they demanded to be paid in cash prior to unloading. The driver had to leave in the truck during unloading (with half our goods still on the truck) to go deposit the cash

    A number of things were broken in transit including items we paid them to specially pack.

  5. Do NOT use this company

    Do not use this company!

    The initial pick up: Jet moving was hired to move my 1 bedroom apartment from CA to NY. On the day of delivery, they arrived 5 hours late to begin packing the truck. While packing, one of the movers stole 3 nintendo switch games from my couch ($200 worth of games) and Jet Moving did nothing about it - I have video footage of the games in the mover’s back pocket and they still did nothing. When the truck was loaded, the lead mover assured me that my move would only take 2 weeks and that my belongings would never leave the truck or be placed in storage. That was not the case.

    During the “move” - My things were placed in storage and sat for three months while I waited in my new apartment with nothing. During this wait time, Jet moving ignored my emails and screened my calls (the second I used a different phone number, they answered). When they did answer, the office manager was rude, condescending and disrespectful. She gave me no real update on where my belongings were or when they’d arrive. After a month, I called for another update. They said my things were on the “next truck out”, that was not true. I called again and they told me I was “first on the list for the next truck” - again, not true. When calling, there is only one office manager. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and she told me no. I asked for the name or contact of the owner or CEO and she refused to give me any information. We were given multiple dates that our things were supposed to be delivered; took off work to be home for those delivery dates and then they never showed (and we were never contacted). At one point, our things were even loaded on a truck and we were told it was on its way and then a week later, we called for an update and found out that they took it off the truck and put it back in storage and never told us.

    Delivery - When our delivery date was finally set, it was three months later. We were supposed to receive at least 24 hours notice of delivery, but instead we received a phone call at 1:00am the morning of (only 8 hours notice). The mover was supposed to arrive at 9:00 am and did not show up until after 10:30pm. Another day we took off of work that was wasted. The mover was set to return the next morning at 8:00am. He didn’t come back until 1:30pm. That’s when we realized that Jet only sent one mover to unload over 750 sq. ft. of stuff. He was not done until after 10pm at night. The mover took frequent breaks to check his phone, vape outside, and chat with our neighbors. He had no tools to reassemble the furniture that Jet took apart and no knowledge of how to reassemble the furniture.

    Unpacking - When unpacking our belongings, we found that we were missing 2 medium sized boxes, the glass table tops to my desk, and the tops to both of our side tables. Along with the missing items, we uncovered two broken bookcases, a broken console table, and boxes that were crushed, split at the seams or pierced with other furniture. However, to settle any issues with broken or lost items, Jet sends you to a third party claims company to settle disputes rather than talking to you themselves or offering to make things right.

    Payment - Jet had us pay half of the price at pickup and half at delivery. When picking up our things, the price that we were quoted changed drastically. We gave the movers a bank check for the first half of their payment. However; when they delivered our things, we faced two challenges. 1) they wanted cash only all of a sudden (probably because they wanted to drop our things and leave with the cash ASAP since they knew it would be ruined). 2) they claimed that they would refund us $30/day that they were late with delivery. That amount would have been a refund of $990, but they only wanted to refund $300. We spent over an hour arguing on the phone to settle this dispute. (During that time, the mover was not allowed to move any of our items.) I would like to note that we also emailed and called 3 times prior to delivery to settle the total beforehand and they didn’t respond.

  6. Do Not Use this Company

    The worse experience ever. They are the most unprofessional, unethical, rude, and unresponsive company i have ever had worked with. I lost some of my personal belongings which i had received from my parents during this horrible nightmare which i won't ever replace. It's been months since i finally received partial items and they haven't taken any responsibility to pay for any of the damage they have caused me. I'll take a legal action against them not only because i lost a lot of money and peace of mind but also because they should not be in this business.

  7. Moving from CA to NC

    These people are scammers. We had same experience as others . when they show up they charged more. Our package was picked up on August 2nd and today is oct4th and no delivery date. Whenever we call them they keep telling same story.Our elderly parents are living with us and we are living with very basic stuff . As we drove in our car from CA to NC we came with basic luggage. All our cloths and everything in that truck.. They don't even know where our stuff is and whether they have it or not. It is so frustrating. DO NOT CHOOSE THESE MOVERS.   8. Worst moving experience ever! Unethical company

    I was told directly by the owner" Fred "that it was going to be more like 3 not 4 weeks from California to North Carolina and although I was disappointed at hearing this at first, he neglected to tell me the truth, which is actually "3 business day weeks" So, when that time period was up ( a month ) they said it looks like another 2 weeks or so, they were just so far behind- When I became upset at hearing this she dismissed my complaints as ranting and raving and said you get a discount of $30.00 a day which is nothing considering the broker- Cube Depot -originated the quote at $4500 but when Jet Moving got there they said Oh no, you have to pack all these loose things in boxes and they charged me an additional $700.00 for that and the cubic footage that had to be calculated differently.. Blah blah blah, All together they want to charge me $12K for moving a 1 bedroom apartment with a 1 car garage from California to N.C. - Now my stuff is sitting in a warehouse and I am a hostage to their unethical and non transparent work practices... It's been since August 27Th and still don't have my stuff!! These bad reviews are all true - Don't use Jet Moving and Storage!!

  9. Stay away. Worst company I have dealt with

    Summary: Worst company I have dealt with, with lying and incompetent staff, and dishonest and shady practices. They took longer than two months to deliver our belongings; and they showed zero concern or remorse for the hardship they imposed on the customers when they cannot deliver as promised. They charged extra for special packing and handling, but they ended up breaking or not delivering those items. See specifics below.

    1. Showed up 1 day late for pick up

    2. Took 2 months and 3 days to deliver

    3. Paid extra packing and special handling for special major items and these were all broken or missing when delivered

    4. They pretty much never answered the phone and they never returned a call

    5. A deceiving culture:

    a) I was given excuses for pick-up delay including truck breaking down and getting a flat tire

    b) I was given excuses for delivery delay including truck driver getting food poisoning and truck taken in for maintenance

    c) I was told by customer service to expect delivery in in the next 2-3 days TWICE, and both times we waited and nothing happened

    d) Told me there will be significant discount for delayed delivery. The fact is they pay $30 for each day delayed

    e) Neglected to say "business" days when they provided any time estimates in number of days

    6. Incompetent staff:

    a) Customer service made zero effort to communicate with customer

    a) Delivery driver showed up complaining about shoulder and back pain; asked me to sign inventory before unloading; asked me to call their office to confirm procedure and actually said that me making that call would make his job easier; moved slower than a turtle

  10. Horrible experience!

    Worse moving company ever, it has been almost 5 weeks and they cannot tell us when our stuff will arrive. Their price went up about 1K once you have them in your house to pick up. I had to buy a new mattress due to back pain after waiting for my mattress for over a month. They lied to us not only about pricing but they also told us 14-day turnout to get us to schedule. Guess what? they say 30-days along with a higher price the day of pick up. Now 5 weeks later, no furniture, huge headache and frustration, and no answers from them. Please take your money somewhere else, save yourself the frustration because I dont even know where my furniture and personal items is or its condition. This is worse company I have ever dealt with.

  11. Super Job

    Finding a good and reliable moving company is a task unto itself. After considerable research, I found Jet Moving and Storage, and am very happy to say they did a super job. I would like to give special credit to James K. the sales rep for always being available to update me on pickup and delivery. I was very anxious about the dates and called him several times to inquire. He always took my calls or returned my calls promptly, and provided updates as best he could.

    The movers on both ends were great. On the pick up they took time and wrapped up everything perfectly. On the delivery, there were three movers and they were really super. They never tried to upcharge for anything even though the apartment door was in excess of the basic distance footage. The team was friendly, courteous, and made sure that everything placed where we wanted and assembled properly. It really was a pleasure to work with these guys. Again, finding a reliable and honest company was no easy task but appears from my experience that Jet fit the bill.

    I had three times moving experience with Jet moving and storage. We moved from Michigan to CA last January and they did a fabulous job and delivered in 4 days! This year, we decided to move from CA to Kansas another cross country moving! James got my two cars moved in 3 days and the driver Joe delivered my car at the hotel which saved my rental car fee! I also have them move my house stuff, they did a great job to load and pick up the items! We are looking forward to receiving the stuff by end of this week! Great trust James!

    DO NOT ENLIST THIS COMPANY!!! Jet Moving an Storage was contracted by Trinity Relocation Group to move furnishings for a one bedroom apartment from Pasadena to San Jose, CA. After 2 weeks in storage, items were delivered on 4/2/21. There were several damaged and missing items: night stand, book case, bed slats, large bin containing framed pictures, photo albums and expensive nursing books. The movers arrived without tools and did not reassemble the bed and dining table. No effort was made to replace the bed slats or to find and deliver the large bin of pictures and books. Trinity acknowledged the awfulness of this move and refunded $705. They stated It was up to Jet to refund the $795. After several weeks of calls, emails and a certified letter to the CEO, Jet has made it clear that they do not care about the lost property. The office administrator refuses to even identify the CEO and simply made an offer of $150 which isn’t close to fair for the lost property and shoddy treatment. The plain facts tell a shameful story. The company’s treatment of their customers is disgraceful! The unprofessional behavior of this company is appalling.

  14. Lost my items and now ignoring my attempts to contact them

    Do not use this company unless you don’t care about your belongings and want a major headache. A brokerage company (Trinity Relocation Group) assigned my move to Jet Moving and Storage. The problems began when Jet was 8 hours late to pick up my items to move (did not arrive until nearly 10 pm and I had to leave for the airport at 4am to move across the country). In order to make the move go quicker I took apart all the furniture even though that was something I had paid for and moved everything into my living room to be picked up. Upon picking my items up they let me know that it would be taken to a storage and facility and they do not know when it would be able to be delivered. This was completely contrary to the information the brokerage had told me. I was told that my items would be going directly to my final destination and would not be put into a storage facility. Fast forward to me being in my final destination still no word on when my items would be delivered until a month later. When my items finally arrived, not all of them were there including a number of boxes such as a diploma frame box that contains all of my degrees including my doctorate degree. Part of my bed frame and my mattress were also not there. Jet did not notice any of this until I informed them because they did not check the inventory at all. The delivery person told me that he didn’t check the inventory when loading the items into the truck, and he also made me sign the inventory and pay in full before he unloaded my items so that I did not have the chance check to see if everything was there. When they were unloading my items they began to unload someone else’s items and did not notice until I told them. Some of my items were found mixed in with another person’s belongings. Additionally, some items were delivered to be damaged including my Peloton bike, bed frame, and mattress. Luckily some items of mine were located with someone else’s, but still two are missing including my diploma frame box. I have repeatedly requested to speak to someone in the claims department or higher up in management besides the secretary who answers the main office phone. They will not provide me with another phone number and will not respond to my emails. I have paid them in full and have zero confidence that they are attempting to locate my items. Additionally, they tried to claim that I told the men loading my items initially to not take one of the boxes (convenient since that is what is still missing) which is a blatant lie. Their “claims department” does not do anything but send me to a third party service which has no authority over Jet to have them repay me or do anything. Jet owes me a refund for their negligent actions or to locate my items in a timely manner (failing to follow or check inventory and failure to take care of items and not damage them or lose them).

    The only saving grace to this company is that the delivery driver who located some of my missing items was able to bring them to me the following day, of course this isn’t all of the items and they were damaged. I only give any credit to that driver though and not to the company as a whole.

  15. Jet does a TERRIBLE job.

    For starters, one of the movers shows up and says he has the flu! What? We are in the middle on a pandemic, what kind of company sends out a sick individual to handle peoples HOME FURNITURE AND ITEMS? They broke a granite table, scratched and gouged EVERY corner and wall possible, they price gouged and didn't even bring all of our items inside . Im 5 ft tall and I was literally working with them lifting heavy items. Why did we pay over $1500 for this? Oh, and they take payment before they unload, which is total bs. Do NOT use them. My husband and I are now sick and on our way go get Covid tests.
