K and M Relocation.
K and M moved my furniture to my home and in process damaged an oversized leather recliner. The actual movers were very apologetic. They made a notation on my invoice and promised someone from ins agency would call within days. Didn't hear from anyone for three weeks so I called Kathy at office and she sent out insurance form. I filled it out and sent it back in along with receipt for chair. Instead of an insurance agent coming to house to determine damages (recliner was $873), I rec'd check from K and M for $50. I called Kathy and asked what was going on. She basically said take it or leave it. I asked for an owner or supervisor to call and a man did call me (he got my vm) and I called him back three times to no avail. I have gotten estimates to repair my chair, cheapest being $200. I've used K and M before and they were great. That's why I used them a second time. The movers are quick and very friendly. But never again. If you do choose to use them make sure you read everything they put in front of you but more importantly, make sure you ask for ALL the paperwork up front BEFORE they start moving your furniture. K and M, at least in my experience, didn't give me any of my paperwork until they were all done.

What a wonderful moving company. We recently moved from Riverview Fl. to Palm Harbor Fl. This moving company made the move less stressful and we were completely satisfied with the service and the courteous manner which these men provided to us. You will not go wrong in hiring this company. We would definately use them again if we needed to. The price was more reasonable than any others that we checked on. They were on time and kept us informed of everything they were doing with our furniture. Great job.

Kathy and Mike from K&M Relocation were wonderful for our first ever non-DIY move. Mike and his crew were able to get us loaded, moved and unloaded in almost the exact time-frame (15 minutes off) that was quoted to us by Kathy. K&M bills in 15 minutes increments so you're only liable for the exact moving time that it takes, which is wonderful. We will be using K&M again in the future.
