Easy to work with!
Our movers from Latitude were Martin and Evan.. Great guys, really nice, hard workers! They kept in communication with me and my wife throughout, letting us know how they do things, what they were about to do.. At the move in location, making sure they put everything in the right place how we wanted. Took care of everything! I felt I had a couple of friends helping me move! Thanks guys!
Frustrating, stressed disgusting experience.
My move was on March 12, 2018
It was a 2 -3 mile one way with 2 stops.
Time frame for truck arrival 10am-12, Mover came late 12:20. Drama began at Start time was not accurate owner recorded it when Truck Parked, set up ramp not when moved lead Mike said to me “Job begins now” after the walk thru. Movers drove 20 mpr on 35 mph street to 1st delivery more wasted time. Based on Danielle’s experience a 3.5 hr estimated or so turned into 7hrs. I had a flexible move out date & requested earliest move time to avoid any overnight fees. Overnight fee could have been avoided. Daniella Owner demanded cash during the middle of move. Contract states pay at the end !! I had to race to the bank & spend my time on the road while the clock was to ticking. Hostage my furniture until pay then No receipt was given for $910 cash & MO. Next time call the police !! She Charged me $25 extra for using some money orders. (It’s not on contract) Owner Vinnie broke my closet leg, terrible repair work/ see pic. Once the job was paid in full, a few hours later I got a text ( unprofessional) requesting me to pay $30 more to close my job out via Venmo. I wasn't given that choice to pay entire job with Venmo? #IRS. Total paid $1046 and no receipt !?? Owners are a young couples looking for fast cash. You see a Blank Truck not labeled with a company name. Why? Owner Danielle solicited me on my Facebook rental ad to get my moving work. I have so much proof you may contact me to share her text msg/ emails and more..On a good note/ the 3 Movers were polite, worked well, taped, wrapped and secured all the furniture carefully. The owner Vinnie is a very small body framed guy to move large pieces of furniture. He broke the IKEA closet leg lifting the unit to move it. Yes Mistakes happen. I was being nice to give a new company a chance to do my first move in my whole life. I went to her home /office weeks ago to meet the couple and pay them the 30% deposit $136 on their Venmo. Why didn’t they allow me to pay for my entire job via Venmo at the end of the move? Rather she demanded cash in the mid point of my move and it caused me to waste time on the road to/ from bank. What do you say? She set me up to waste my paying time. It’s so obvious!

Easiest part of moving!
Choosing to go with Latitude Moving Services was probably the easiest part about moving! From a great recommendation from a friend, the process of Danielle contacting me once my request for quote was made all the way through the move was seamless. This move consisted of two beds (disassembling and reassembled) and a few boxes. I almost wish I had more things that needed to be moved so I could give them more business. Until the next move, I highly recommend choosing LMS over the big box companies.

I had heard scary stories from a close friend about her moving experience with her moving company. I debated about moving myself but I really didn’t have the time or people available to do it myself. I decided to call around and explain my concerns and see what the responses would be. From the moment I spoke with Danielle I immediately felt at ease. It was like talking to a family member, so I scheduled the move. Vince and Mike showed up on time, they very quickly and gently they began packing up my belongings. They were not only respective to me they were also respectful of my more treasured, fragile things. They even wrapped the glass table top I had inherited thru my grandmother. I couldn’t believe how fast and professional my life was boxed up and ready to go on a new chapter of my life. I am so happy I spoke with Danielle that day on the phone. Latitude Moving Services proved to me that there are still people who genuinely care and show the southern hospitality that everyone hears about and rarely sees. Thanks so much to Vince and Mike too for making me feel like a part of your personal family. You really put my mind at ease. This was such a great experience. I can’t wait to tell my friend about my moving experience and such a great price for a mind put at peace. A priceless experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any and all my future moves. Thank you guys and Danielle once again for being the easiest part of my move.

I was in an uncomfortable situation after someone broke into my apartment. I needed help with a last minute move and Latitude came through. They were extremely professional and helpful in getting me out quickly and into a new condo. Thanks to Vinnie and Danielle for their exceptional service. I highly recommend their moving company.
