Move from NJ To DE
These people should be SHUT DOWN!! biggest scam I have ever experienced! The moment they
contracted us they didn't want to know us after that! We thought it would be 7000 then on the day of the move it was 12,000! We were told our stuff would be stored in climate controlled roped off from other houses. It was not at all like that!! I ended up getting only half my house they damaged so much stuff and the warehouse looked like a garbage dump. So criminal to take advantage of people during a stressful time in their lives. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
Scam
This company is a scam. They take your money then contract out to someone local who is terrible. They charged us $25,500 for a TX to TN move. Over $5,000 extra the day before our live. The livers ruined our stuff and were extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
Final Charges
They gave me an estimate that’s was extremely less than what I was actually asked to pay when the movers showed up. There only concern is the money they make. They just broker you out to other movers, STAY AWAY, pay more for better movers.

The Leadway Relocation Services did whatever we said them to. They never said that is not part of our contract or something like that. When/if I move again to the local area, I will use Leadway Relocation Services.

No Complaints
We have been delighted with the service which we have received from Leadway Relocation Services. I was not present for the pick-up or dropped off, but it appeared well organized. When making the original booking, customer service was beneficial over the phone, and the price charged seemed very reasonable. Communication by email and text was also excellent. We highly recommended it.
Use Them Again
So easy to arrange online. I got a phone call from the driver almost straight away to finalize arrangements. Arrived promptly the next morning, very polite and friendly. The service was excellent. I would recommend this service and will be coming back again for sure.

Very Dissapointed
I had a very small move, 1 bedroom apartment, from Seattle to Phoenix. When my items arrived, I found a leg from my brand new couch was completely ripped off (it was screwed on, and the leg was no where to be found), and there was a huge stain (maybe bleach?) on the side of the couch. This couch was the main reason why I chose to move all my stuff instead of selling it, extremely disappointed.
But what's even worse is that I couldn't get in touch with the company afterwards. I told them about the couch situation and they completely ghosted me. Are you serious? What kind of terrible, untrustworthy company does that? If you are reading this review, please use caution with this company. They do not deserve your business and have very poor leadership.
Leadway - An Absolutely Awful Scam
Leadway is simply a broker service between you and another moving company. They have strict contracts that will protect the company and keep your money in their pocket. The service we contracted for was delivered late, and the company quoted us a number that was subsequently doubled after paying our "non-refundable" deposit. They use pushy sales tactics to get you signing a contract and an unreliable formulation to estimate your moving costs and take your money quickly. By the time the movers showed up almost an entire day late it was an unmarked enterprise rental truck and was extremely unprofessional behavior from both the broker and the drivers + movers.

Completely ruined our moving experience and now we are out nearly $3,500 which is better than the over $10,000 we could have been out.
