Do Not Use These People!!
These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever met!! The workers are lazy and they arrived late, then worked for one hour and had to take a pot break! They didn't do inventory, they had attitudes, and when I called to talk to the manager, the manager had the workers back and had no interest in believing anything I had to say. The worker BROKE on my items that I loved! When I told the manager, the manager asked if it was already broke and kept making excuses for the workers. I wouldn't trust these people at all with my stuff. I have blinds that are really long and expensive and they was laying stuff against them and puting massive strain on them. These people don't have the work ethic or customer service as a company should have. I understand the workers, but the manager kinda brushing it off like I was a crazy lady just really tipped it off. I wouldn't use this company, not when your personal possessional.
Overall experience.
There was a consistent lack of useful communication with the Syracuse office personnel. The packing was haphazard and later found to be quite inadequate. Several items were damaged, wood finishes were marred, and several items "lost". In summary, they were incompetent, indifferent, and/or untruthful about their service. Suggest you move yourself or find another.
