I have used Lone Star Movers twice and they have been fantastic about moving me taking care of my furniture and items setting things up like I want. I will be using them again on my next move. They are punctual they are real good responsive , the quality of their service is awesome thank you Lone Star Movers. I will see you again in August.
Lightning fast.
I've used these guys twice. They were on time and ready to get it done. The first time I used them was super last minute because my other movers has canceled on me. They packed me up and were on the road the same day. When my stuff arrived in Florida, they almost felt like family lol . If I ever go back to Texas I will definitely use them again.

Great Move!
Everything went silky smooth I could not ask for more. The communication was great from both the office staff and the movers them self which helped put my nerves at ease. The crew was polite and on time and handled everything with the upmost care. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them when someone ask.

Perfect movers.
I couldn't have hired a better company to help us move our entire home from fort worth Texas to Atlanta this past December. The entire process was smooth and always pleasant. Even the movers carried themselves in such a professional manner. No broken pieces or bill surprises on this relocation. By far the easiest move ever.
Great move from DC to NYC.
I hired lone star movers to help my family move from DC to NYC. I was a bit stressed because I wasn't able to be present during the process. A friend recommended them to me. They had helped him move so I figured it's best to work with a company that was referred rather than reading reviews etc.
On the day of the move the crew arrived 20 minutes early to conduct a walk through. They began to wrap all the items and within a few hours were on the road. My mom and dad were really happy with all the work and felt that the crew deserved a good tip. Unfortunately the crew got stuck in traffic for a few hours. They didn't charge us anything extra for the time.
I'm glad my friend referred this team to my family. Moving is hard. Moving the elderly is even harder.
Third move with Lone Star.. Flawless each time.
I move to and from Texas frequently. In the last 6 years ive came and left 4 times. I would have used Lone Star all 4 times but I got duped by a very disappointing company with almost the same name out of San Antonio (I get the idea that this San Antonio competitor is the source of the bad reviews that I am seeing for this particular Lone Star which ive used multiple times with no problem).
They showed up a little early for my taste but I guess not sleeping in is professional.
My move was a long one with lots of stairs and cumbersome items. The cost of which was laid out over the phone about a week before my move.
I forgot to mention a grandfather clock when booking the move (your price is based on inventory and, if applicable, the care for fragile items). This required special handling which obviously is not free ( I was just glad they had a guy there that knew how to remove the pendulum), but since the cost was not something I had anticipated, the foreman was nice enough to cut the total of the special services in half.
I was concerned that they were rushing the wrapping of my furniture but when I saw the end result, it became clear that their speed was matched by their efficiency.
They delivery window was larger than I was comfortable with (3-7 days), but they were there in 3 and it was explained to me that they shoot for 3 and just keep the window that wide as to leave some leeway for rare occurrences or the occasional cascade of bad traffic luck that cross country trips are sometimes plagued with.
The delivery was smooth. I was half asleep to be honest but they knocked, put my bed together, put my boxes in the garage and placed the furniture in a pretty good layout considering my lack of input lol.
I'll use these guys again instead of chancing it with another company. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Con Artists-- do Not Book.
They are scam artists, they give you a quote and then charge you 500% over the estimate the day of when you have no choice. The mover showed up under the influence of drugs and was SO rude and disrespectful. I am taking them to small claims court-- HORRIBLE. Find another company to move with.
Affordable moving company.
If you are looking for the most affordable moving company in this state, then Lone Star Movers is the best bet. These guys did such an amazing job, I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything went so smoothly, I was amazed. Who would have thought that moving could be smooth sailing this way. Amazing!
Remarkable Moving Experience.
Remarkable moving experience with a group of professional movers who embodied exactly what I was looking for throughout the entirety of the move. The movers communicated effectively, handled my belongings meticulously and provided excellent service all around. I highly recommend Lone Star Movers if you’re contemplating a move from Texas to California.
Horrible Service.
I did a big mistake by going through this company. Don't trust the fake reviews on the web. The driver who came for pickup threatened me that he has my stuff and he can drop them off on the road. the cu.ft area mentioned on your quote is what the driver says, he showed me small area of 2 to 3 ft in length and claimed it was 400 Cu.ft. When I asked him how would I know if he is saying truth, his reply is you have to go with what I say. After loading the stuff there was still some space left and he refused to take all the items on the quote. Most funny thing is, he says a 10 inch king mattress takes 171 Cu.ft. I had big trouble with this company. I am sharing my experience to avoid this type of experience to others. If you want your move to be peaceful, please opt for some other agency.
The agent whom I made the contract never picks-up the call after the payment. Customer service is very sweet before signing the contract, once you pay advance they treat you very badly.
I wish I can give negative star for rating, but these guys doesn't deserve 1 star too.

Professional moving experience with Lone Star Movers. They were extremely cooperative, courteous and reliable throughout the entire move. This is a prime example of what an ideal move should be like.
