  1. GREAT GUYS

    This is now my 3rd review that I left on these guys . I read reviews before hiring AND FELT WEIRY! After talking on the phone with TJ he assured me that my move will go smooth and stress free! The thing i liked the most is he didn't deny any of the negative review that was listed about his company. I understand that no matter what company I hire will have a perfect resume. These guys stood beside there word to the fullest !!!! Strong , respectfully , caring men that treated my brand new home & family with Love !

    I recommend this company to anyone who is moving out of state or local!

  2. Do Not Hire!

    Thankfully this mover showed true colors before picking up my items. I tried to hire them back in September to move some furniture from a store to my house (we've been moving/renovating since then, so just now got around to writing this). They quoted me $100 to move it and I texted to confirm the price and pickup that morning. Suddenly, they couldn't do it for the price that they quoted me. I hate this kind of tactic, so I told them to forget about it. They texted me AGAIN saying that they could do it for their originally quoted $100, but I had already found someone to do it for $85, which I told them. Then MAGICALLY, their price dropped to $75! Totally sleazy and unethical business behavior. I don't know who would ever trust this person with their items or in their home, but please don't let it be you!

  3. Disrespectful of customers & their property-STAY CLEAR.

    Hold property hostage for more money while refusing to acknowledge damages and very unprofessional. Contracts only verbal so that communication claim can be used when services are not rendered. Lorenzo Smith questionable owner but states father (Joe) owns the company. Refuse to provide requested information for proper name/location of company. After customer items on the truck re-negotiates price due to extended labor time when company decided to send insufficient people to complete the job. When communicating via texts uses profanity and writes "crazy customer." Claim they will have several people at end of the job to complete but none live close - aim to profit more and don't want to pay for additional help. Demands all money prior to unloading the truck so if property is damaged the customer is out of luck. In my case several items damaged. Threaten to return items to point of pick up. Request to know where my property is as they took truck with 1/2 my property still on it. I paid 50% when truck half unloaded. When asked where my items were there was no answered and run around to tell me my property is on side of the road, Upstate in SC, then Rock Hill, SC and also un-named to storage unit. Accessed my confidential records left in files on the truck and threaten to inform husband of my physical location even though there is a no contact order issued by SC judge. Threaten to contact landlord to drop items back to the old residence. Price increase from $1500 to $2000 without acknowledging of the $100 deposit. This is a repeated problem with his company and other customers plus they are elusive about their location. It appears to make filing complaints difficult. $3000 sofa destroyed plus other items. Incompetent at packing a moving truck and staff griped about moving people in general. Owner requests to get my property from them at various locations but won't say where the property is. Disrespectful of customers and their property.
