Pleasant moving experience
The best experience with Angel and Eduardo. We moved from an one story house to one with two stories and a narrow stair. They worked very diligently, move two big coaches to the second floor, a queen and king bed . They worked fast and with organization. Even when it was Friday night and they needed to do it in two parts because we had too many stuffs The truck was extremely clean and they used lots of blankets to protect our furniture . They made our moving more pleasant .
Worst
Please don’t hire these people even if you hesitate because you need to move don’t. The so called owner is unprofessional and charges you for things he dosnt explain and the workers you can tell they have no clue what’s going on the worker unloading the stuff told me he was told last minute when I had scheduled ahead they break and scratch items just dont hire these people I never do reviews but I had to this was worse then getting some random people that I just see to help me very very unprofessional.
Moving Service
I called them to move us and told them that we had heavy furniture that took 4 guys last time it was moved. They sent 2 movers for their hourly rate that turned into 4 movers for an extra $150+ (the extra 2 guys were supposed to be special movers because it was heavy furniture.) The guys they sent were smaller than the original 2 guys. Then those 4 movers turned in to 6 movers for $350+ the hourly rate. You could tell they didn't even want to to move the furniture since they walked in, looked at it, and went to call the office. Then came and picked up their dollies to take it back to the truck before I could even tell the person from the office, I was on the phone with, if I would pay the extra amount. They obviously don't listen when you are trying to get a quote and tell them up front that the furniture is very heavy and will need more than 2 guys. These guys are so unprofessional. I won't call these guys again!!!! Definitely don't recommend!!!!!
Theft.
Theft of GO mower battery and charger. theft of 8 place Ryobi charging station and at least 4 Ryobi batteries. theft of battery operated chain saw and theft of lion statute.
Laredo.
Veronica was super sweet and explained everything to me very professionally. The movers were great loadin& unloading . They made conversation and didn't make things awkward. I felt very comfortable on how they handled my things. Ms. Veronica was always a phone call away with any questions I had and made sure to answer them for me. Moving my appliances.
Very disappointed with their service! First of all, they were 45 minutes late. The man on the phone had quoted me $65 an hour with a minimum of 2hours. When they load up my things they tell me it's$75 an hour with minimum of three hours. So now we're talking$225 total. It takes them one hour and a half to pick up and deliver. I'm charged$225 total. The man says because I'm in harlingen and they're from McAllen. When I made the call and gave him address and all he knew I was from harlingen. I even made him repeat$130 for two hours. Very dishonest If you ask me. To keep saying "my apologies" does not constitute or justify cheating people. I will be sure to share this info with friends. They didn't even have the right tools to move my very expensive refrigerator. So after charging me an outrageous amount they didn't even do the job complete to my satisfaction! Very poor service and very disappointed on this company. I could've recruited a few buddies and bought them some beer and they probably wouldn't have done a worse job. Professionalism is what I wanted!
Do Not Use This Moving Service.
I specifically asked to hire 3 movers because I have a large marble. At the end of the day guess what?..only 2 carried it and broke a corner off!
They tried shoving my husbyands Yeti ice chests through our front door when they clearly did not fit.
Yeti are not cheap maybe they don’t know that but regardless of the price we pay for our personal use they should be handled with care. We hired them for 9 1/2 hours and paid almost $800.
It was a total waste of money. They left paintings behind at our house, boxes and storage containers that needed to go to another location. Very disappointed in this “company” and I encourage everyone NOT to hire them.

Horrible service. They scratched my new bedroom set. If you care for your things then don't use this company. I trusted these people and I treated them with respect. I guess people like don't care.
Move.
Thank you for an excellent move! My movers, Vicente and Manuel, were on time and moved all my items as requested. They were very helpful and respectful and we had no problems at all. I will use this moving company again as I was very happy.

Excellent customer service very very good rates. Very professional. Honest and dependable very punctual. Strongly recommend and would definitely use them again. Again Lui Lui is the name in moving companies. Totally outstanding service. Very good professional folks very reliable. Please call them they do outstanding work. Good job guys. They will nor let you down. Nowadays it' very hard to find a very rreliable and honest company. Wow very impressive.

I was in need of moving my belongings to my new house and the only Moving Service that was available was Lui Lui Moving Service . I spoke to Ms Veronica, and she was able to help me get my belongings to where they needed to be.. They were fast and efficient and I have no complains. They did a very good job and on time.
This business is a sham.
This is a ridiculous business designed to trick you. Their website advertises "fully insured", however they are not. What they will do is offer 10 cents for every pound the item broken weighs. For instance, if they break a brand new television, they will pay you $1. Because it might weigh 10 pounds. In my experience with them, they dropped my $1,500 television on its face. Fortunately for me, it landed on pillows. They also left a big unsightly scratch on the front of my daughters brand new night stand. When they wanted me to pay, I asked them about my daughters night stand. They said they would call me back in a day or two and help me fix the night stand. So I paid in good faith, but its been 15 days and no call back and they are not even answering their phones. If you value your belongings stay away from this company. .
