Horrible Company.
I booked this company for my moving services as well as my "move out" cleaning services at the end of august. I booked the services 3 weeks prior to me actaully needing them. They were not only over an hour late to move me on Friday Aug 23rd (i was 1st appt of the day) they also charged me $100 more than what I was quoted. They did work hard so I didn't make it that big of a deal with the pricing change.. The next day, Saturday, is when my cleaning services were supposed to be done.. They were scheduled to be at my home at 10 am. They again didn't show up on time.. After I call and inquire about the, not showing up yet, the "supervisor"shows up about noon, and asks to collect the money prior to the cleaning crew arriving. I was told the cleaning crew would be there shortly, and the "supervisor" left. 3-4 hours later, the cleaning crew had still not shown up, so I called the office, and I was told that the crew was in a car wreck, and no one had the deceny to call me and let me know.. I thought this was very unprofessional. The crew finally showed up about 7:00pm, and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets, bath tubs, and countertopswere visibly not cleaned well. The baseboards and glass mirrors throughout the house were also not cleaned. I called the company the following day and expressed my dissapointment and was told that I would be receiving a partial discount for the cleaning services that I was not satisfied with. I was told I would recieve back $110 of the $160 I paid. I gave them my new mailing address and they said that they would be sending the check out the next day. that was 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it.. I would not take time out of my day to write this review, if I wasn't completely disgusted with the way this company did business.

Omg these guys were great!! They got my move did in less time than I thought and there were no damages caused!! They were strong guys, respectful, and very caring. Customer service was great as well. The relocation specialist booked my move within a matter of minutes. Thank you MOPA PLUS! I will recommend to others.
