MAJOR SCAM
If there was another score below poor, this company would get it. They nearly double charged me from their original quote and was a month past due their commit for delivery. They conveniently lost more than $13,000 worth of 3 sets of my golf clubs, lost major parts of my furniture that I can no longer put together, broke very large mirrors, missing tools and for whatever reasons, it took them more than 6 months to finally tell me we can't find your items. They have the worst Customer service I've ever seen. They lie about their own names (one day it's Marcus, next time it's Julian). They don't have an escalation process and will tell you that there is no Manager. They told me that they had their own fleet of trucks but I had to deal with another carrier, WOW! A bunch of crooks and should be looked into. This should never happen to anyone!!!
