Marvel Moving - Terrible Experience.
Most horrific move ever from start to finish. I knew with a move from CT to FL there would be some hiccups. I didn't expect such total disrespect for my time, my money or my belongings. With a long day ahead of us, the truck and crew showed up at 10:30 am not at 8:30 as previously confirmed. They then proceeded to spend an hour having me go over contracts and prices that were incorrect from my agreement when I booked them. Ended up being double the cost so quote was way off even though I had been extremely honest about stuff I had. All my stuff couldn't fit on truck and they had no alternative solution so just left at 8 pm at night with items still in the house. On Florida end, I had to hire someone to meet the truck as I was out of town on business. Marvel kept scheduling delivery and then driver wouldn't show - an entire week of this - one reason after another. The truck finally showed up on a Friday at 4 pm. I had already made sure Marvel was aware of condo rules prohibiting moving in after 4 pm and not on weekends and yet here they were at the exact worst time. I got permission from the condo board for them to deliver and everything was just dumped in condo. No furniture or beds were put back together. When I arrived back from work, it was to find broken furniture and crushed boxes. Upon opening boxes, packers had just thrown things in the boxes. Lots of things were broken. Also a lot of things were missing as well. I have called the company several times to speak with management about how things were handled and I still haven't heard from management (move was back in August). Moving is a very stressful time but I found this company totally unreliable and in the end, extremely costly.
Walla was the best.
I used walls moving and storage to preform my move from New Jersey to Florida. I was unsure at first who to use to move me. After long research online I liked that walls had their own trucks and preformed the move from start to finish. The salesperson was great and gave me a lot of tips on how to pack. At the end of the day when I was waiving goodbye to the movers and stared to unpack I realized how well every bit was handled. Like they were moving their own furniture. I was compelled to write a review.
Movers were great.
I used walla moving to move from pa to florida. I searched long and hard for a mover. Once I found walla moving my search was over. The salesperson was great and went over eveything. The goods came quick and nothing was broken. I used a mover in the past and it was nothing like this. Walla thank you for a great move. I will use you again. If you are considering a moving company put them on the top of the list.
Perfect move.
I recently had to relocate for work from Pennsylvania to Florida and desperately needed a good company to move with. After a long research I came across Walla. From start to finish everything was perfect. The sales person was beyond helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me have a piece of mind that eveything was going to be ok. The movers safely wrapped everything and everything got delivered to the final destination in the same condition. I totally recommend this company everyone is so nice and extremely helpful.
Couldn't have asked for better!
My family and I had a wonderful experience moving with Walla. The movers were very professional and everything arrived in the same condition it was picked up in. I was really overwhelmed with packing and moving with our two small children, but the experience ended up being much better than I expected. The movers helped us to pack up all of the last minute items and might have even done a better job organizing it than I would have in that state! I don't usually write reviews, but I was so pleased with Walla that I thought I should! Thank you!
Very great service.
I needed help moving from my moms house to our new home in South Florida. I have a bad back so I was unable to help her but Walla provided us with great care on our equipment. They was very nice and outgoing. There wasn't any damage on any of the furniture in the moving process. I will refer them to anybody and everybody. When or if I ever have to move again I will definitely give Walla a call again. A in my book!!
Smooth move.
Walla moving made my move easy. I Have never moved before and when the time came to move from Connecticut to Florida I needed to make sure I chose a mover that was going to take good care of me. I've heard horror stories about people's stuff getting broke. Being computer savvy I started to poke around the Internet. I found several review sites and found a few local movers. Walla move and store was my first choice. The guys and gals were helpful and professional. When the movers came they were great. Ronnie and his crew really took great care of me. I'm so happy that I went with walla move and store.

After five years of being at my university I needed a mover to come home. Being a five year engineering degree I've acquired many things.Renting a truck was out of the question. I started my search on the Internet. Soon I was flooding with calls from moving companies. I took a few quotes and narrowed it down to walla moving. They broke down to me exactly what was to be expected. When the day came to move from my apartment they were great. The took care of my items with such care. Anytime I needed to call the customer service was great. When the truck arrived with my items I was happy to see that everything was in order. I would use walla again and would recommend them as well. Thanks again.
All These Reviews Are Fakes.
These reviews are all fakes made by the company themselves. Just look at the dates of these fake reviews they just did a new one with fake names every day or so. Please go to YELP and check the reviews there. They also tried to change the company name on YELP to avoid all the bad reviews. Complete frauds these people of Walla are. Don't worry I will continue to let the public know about them. Pretty soon they will be out of business. I'm sure they've already lost A LOT of jobs. They have a D MINUS rating with the BBB. Also have several complaints with the DOT. This company is filled with criminals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Moving and Storage.
My actual cost versus my estimate was three times higher! I believe this company gives you a low ball estimate to get you to sign a contract and than hits you with their actual cost when it is too late for you to do anything about it. I mean, honestly, what can you do on your moving day to hire some other company immediately. The answer is none, you are stuck and they know it. The movers arrived over 4 hours late. The movers arrived with a truck that was too small for the contents of my apartment. The move had to continue into the next day. They actually tried to charge me for this oversight on their part. Can you imagine? I was stuck paying an additional month rent ($1400) to the landlord because my things were still in the apartment on July 1st and the new tenents could not move in. When my belongings did arrive after a month in storage (their facility) many, many things were broken. Almost all of my large pieces were broken. This included 3 bedroom sets, a china hutch, and armoire and bookcases. Some boxes, containing expensive audio equipment were now mysteriously empty. The movers failed to reseemble the furntiure and refused to place the items where I asked them to. They refused to take furniture upstairs. A large 9X12 foot rug was actually left at the orginal location and they have refused to pick it up or reumburse me for it. A convicted felon was the forman on the job who was not shy about telling me about his conviction on cocaine trafficking. Really. This unprofessional clowns are criminals and thiefs, please beware and use another moving service. Learn from my mistake.
Great move from great guys.
I was being relocated by my job and needed to find a mover quick. I started my search and many moving companies told me many different things. Once I spoke to walla the salesperson just made sense. He explained the whole process from start to finish. They were able to bill my company directly and made the process seamless. On move date the movers came and packed everything up. Got it in the truck and got me out to Cali. Once all the movers unloaded everything all I had to do was unpack my boxes. I would totally use them again. .

I was hesitant to use a moving company but after I hurt my back at work I decided it was time to call someone. I found out about this company from a neighbors who used them before. Was not expecting them to care for my stuff but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was handled with care, and everything was on time. Needless to say I was a happy camper! If I move again I will defiantly give them a call.
Incredible people.
This was by far the best experience I have had with a moving company. The movers were so sweet and caring to my elderly mother who's health is declining and had to move back home with me in Florida. They did everything I asked in more. My mom doesn't cope well with stressful situations and especially having four burly strangers in the house that could of affected her a lot, but these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure she was one hundred percent comfortable with every step of the process I cannot say or thank them enough to describe how. Much this meant to me I would recommend them 1000 times if I could.

I recently moved from Baltimore to west palm beach and Used services from Walla. They were great! They were extremely prompt and I got my stuff in no time.. I have never used a moving company before but I am very impressed. The workers were friendly and helpful. I have already recommended this service to my mother who will be joining my family and I in south florida.

These guys are absolutely wonderful I can't say enough about how well the move went. The attention to detail was magnificent and not a thing was missed when I came down to protection. The movers were an absolute pleasure to work with and they even took the time to clean up after thenselves along the way. Two thumbs up on these guys. It doesn't get any better than this, trust me if moved a handful of times and this was by far the smoothest.
