Very Deceptive.
Spoke to Alexander at McMover on June 2 2015..gave me a quote after having me walk through the entire house and measure every item. Told me that most companies are brokers but this is where they are different as they have their own trucks and movers. The estimate was for $3,600. When moving day came..a completely different company showed up, I was never advised by McMover that this would happen. They were very deceptive. The company that showed up promptly doubled that estimate, we negotiated as I had to be out by the next morning. They left items behind as they said their truck was full. I contacted McMover several times..spoke with Karen(who is extremely difficult to reach)..she said that was not acceptable and asked me to send her all of the details, which I did. I followed up with her..again many phone calls and messages left as she is very hard to reach..finally she told me that they gave the job to Alpha and Omega and I would have to deal with them directly. McMover website states ..McMover is the Actual Company That Pack, Transport and Delivery your household goods directly. Hiring McMover To Move your household will cut the middle man (Broker) and will save you Brokers Fees. This was a complete lie in my case.
