Held my stuff for 3 months never moved it
I am glad other people had good experiences, as they seem like nice people. However, they failed me and my contract with them. They took my money easily then never actually moved my belongings. After holding it for 3 months they said they could not move my stuff and had no further suggestions- refunded my money. I found another company that took over and moved my belongings in one week and for less money- not naming names but the sales person who said no problem we can do your move and then disappeared after i paid should probably be fired
Overall good, only one comment about Sales.
Overall, we enjoyed Move Happy services - they arrived on time and delivered all the belongings in a great way. There weren't overcharges or any surprises.
The one comment I have is about sales representatives promising delivery dates without any knowledge of the real-time estimations coming from the warehouse. Just double-check and make sure you get real-time estimations to prepare appropriately.
Referral.
My sister referred me to Move Happy as she used them before during her move from Seattle to Los Angeles. I had no issues with the moving team or management. Everything went as planned. There were no cost add-ons.

Move Happy met me and my husband’s expectations earlier this month when we moved to Honolulu. The move went smoothly and there were no delays. We used the storage unit Move Happy provided which was well-located in downtown Honolulu and climate controlled as well as clean. The management team at the move Happy Office also easy to reach and responsive when we had any questions or concerns.

As I expected, everything went well without any trouble. Thanks to driver and workers who made it more comfortable and easy.

Our move was handled very well. No issues and great prices. These guys really seem to know the Hawaii area as far as moving and storage goes. It shows.
Smooth for the most part.
Me and my family we’re looking for a good moving company when I got transferred from Palm Desert to Honolulu. The estimate came in under their competitors.
The team was quite friendly and were always on time. The only thing is I didn’t opt to spend more for extra packing materials for one of my vases and that broke en route to the new apartment. It wasn’t really Move Happy’s fault and it is what it is.

A friend of mine recommended Move Happy as he had used their services before to move to Hawaii from California.
The team that came to my property was well trained and packed my things well and with great care.
I asked them to bring additional supplies since I have a few antiques that I wanted packed extra carefully. The cost of the move was reasonable and there were no issues. The moving team arrived with my delivery on time to Honolulu. I Pam to recommend them to colleagues at work that have to make a similar move in the future as our office is moving incrementally to Hawaii from California in the next year.
