Extremely Bad Company
First of all I made the mistake of going through a broken who contracted out to Move Us with Jack. First initial pick up was friendly, though they ended up charging me more than I was told due to the fact that my updated inventory was not communicated to them. They picked up on June 9, and was told delivery would be 19th even though I requested 16th. It's now July 21 and no one returns my calls and when they do they give me excuses. I just tried calling again and the number has been disconnected. I am now in the process of reporting this company to FMCSA, US Dept of Transportation, AMSA, BBB and contacting my Attorney General in Tennessee.
