Do Not Use This Company.
I recently moved from Oregon to Louisiana. I hired National Express Moving, a broker, and they arranged the Movely USA/Apollo Moving Systems/Regions Moving and Storage. They have several names. They loaded my belongings on June 18th, and my first day of delivery on the contract was July 3rd. After they didn't show up on July 3rd, I called the broker, and they said it could take up to 21 business day. Okay, so I waited patiently. Today, August 19th, is the 31st business day from July 3rd, and I still have not received my belongings. I called the Movely USA numerous time, but they didn't answer. When a man, Mayon Rippin, from Movely USA answered my phone call one time, he said he will call me back after reaching out the truck driver and said my belongings will be loaded the next day and will be delivered in two days. No, he didn't call me back, and my belonging didn't arrive. I don't know where my belongings are right now. I have no clothes and shoes for my work. I have no furnitures at home. I can't wait anymore. I'm so frustrated and stressed out!
Beware..beware.
On March 26th my household belongings were picked up and placed in storage by a young man named Erik who worked for Apollo Moving Systems. Erik had our items put into storage on our request. On April 11th we called Apollo to set up a delivery date to have our items delivered to Florida. It was set up for the week of May 20th. It is now June 14th and I do not have my belongings. This company was hired by Silver Star Moving in Boyton Beach, Florida. Silver Star is the broker and Apollo Moving Systems was to get the job done.
When we were able to get through to Apollo we were given information that wasn't correct many times over and over again. Information such as, "it'll be loaded within 48 hours, it's leaving on Monday" (Rachel, Zoey) The last bit of communication we were told by Zoey..the truck can't be there any sooner than June 20th to pick up our stuff.
Most often they do not answer their phones, or they hang up. We made an official complaint and there was no response from Apollo. We've been working through Silver Star Moving to try and fix this issue internally and get our household items delivered. Basically we gave money to have our household picked up and delivered.. that hasn't happened. MoveRescue.com is what we've had to resort to. We feel sick. We feel stupid. Save yourself the stress and
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I can't undue the one star rating. They need a negative rating. One star is too kind.
Horrible experience.
LONG DISTANCE MOVE.. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM FIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. They picked up my items on April 23rd. My items finally reached me on May 3rd. My couch was destroyed and other pieces of furniture was badly damaged. The items were delivered unprotected or NOT covered with furniture covers. Boxes were crushed/incinerated and items within broken. I have reached out to Evelyn, Sr Sales Manager, who secured my business but she has only emailed me to tell me to file with their online company ([** Link removed **] that has 120 days to resolve once they have received all the paperwork. She will not return my calls or multiple emails. BEWARE, THEY USE SEVERAL NAMES AS WELL. THEY GO BY Movely USA, Apollo Moving Systems or Regions Moving and Storage. They do not own their own trucks, as they claim. When the movers got to the final destination, they only had ONE person to unpack my items.
