  1. They were very helpful !

I have a 3 bedroom apt to move, I left my details on their website.
Asked to be contacted by SMS only, since I have hearing problems.
They were very nicely through the process, talked to them by messages only and they gave me a few quotes & contacted the movers for me.
Since toleration is not so common these days, I found Network Moving very helpful and service-friendly.

  2. Fraud.

After talking with Will at Moving Network USA I should of reliazed at that point if it sounds to good to be true it is!  With constant contact with the movers they arranged for the pick up they strung me out till the very last minute and then texted me at 10:00 PM the night before pick up to find another moving company.  tried to call the 800 number and it goes to a answer machine that was all static  never heard from Will again.  Going to Attorney General's Office to file for my deposit, I would never reccomend this guy or company to anyone.  SCAM  google him and find out he has had 25 different companies, he lines them up and keeps the deposits and moves on to form another company..  RIPOFF ARTIST!!

  3. Moving Disaster.

I hired them in good faith. They took my deposit & wouldn't schedule my move without the deposit. They finally gave me a moving date. 1 hr. before they were suppose to show up, Derrick from dispatch called & said the truck was full & they couldn't move me. MY mom passed away & I had sold her house. The new owners were moving in the next morning, so I had to be out that day. It is a small town & there are no truck rental places or storage facilities. I asked him what I was suppose to do & he said you can go to a town 40 miles away & rent a uhaul truck & load your things & move them into storage. I then told him I knew no one in the town  & had no way to get there. He said well I don't know what to tell you then. I asked him when they could possibly move me & his response was I don't know, it might be 2 weeks or 2 months. I then told him that was unacceptable, & asked him to talk to his boss. He said he was the boss, & the only person above him was the owner of the company & he didn't talk to anyone. I asked him to refund my money so I could get another moving company to move me & he said no, due to the fact that I cancelled the move. REALLY?? They cancelled the move when they didn't show up & couldn't & woundn't give me another date. I'm still fighting with their company to get my deposit back. It has been 4 months now that they have kept my money & provided no service. They have threaten me, that if I didn't remove the true negative reviewsI have posted, they will never give me my money back. So I did what they asked tor 2 months & removed them.  Steven in dispatch has yelled & cussed at me on the phone multiple times, as has Michelle. They have not been cooperative at all. They have been extremely rude & once they receive your deposit you will never hear from them again nor will they provide any service for that money. I got a call from Michelle today finally after me calling them every day for 4 months & she told me even tho I did as they asked in removing the negative reviews about their company, they are NOT going to give me my deposit back. Isn't that fraud when you take money & don't get anything in return? She & Steven said that I cost their company alot of money in writing the truth about what happened & so therefore they are keeping my money. That's how they operate. They book the move & act real nice until they get you money. From that point on all communication ceases. The owner of the company moving network usa is a convicted exfelon. He has opened several moving companies in the state of Florida, all of which have been closed down. He then finds another way to open another one. Guess you can only rip people off so much without providing a service. They caqn't stay open on deposits alone forever. I don't know how any of them can sleep at night knowing what they do to innocent people. I will spend every penny I have & make in the future to not only get my money back for no service rendered, but to also do my best to have them closed down, so they don't continue to ripoff any other people for their hard earned money. I will post all the true negative reviews I can & turn them in to every agency I can to get results! SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY & ON YOUR RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES & SHAME ON ALL OF YOU FOR THINKING IT'S OK TO TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE & KEEP IT FOR NO SERVICE RENDERED WHEN YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT & THE MOVE OH & AT THE LAST MINUTE & LEAVE PEOPLE HANGIN!! KARMA goes around & also DON"T FORGET COMES BACK AROUND! SURE ALL OF YOU WILL GET YOURS!! Sincerely, Lorna Heaton.

  4. My move.

After doing some research online about moving companies I got a few quotes from different companies.Moving network usa gave me a good quote so I called them and booked the movie with them. They gave me a window of when the truck will be here to pick up our things and which the truck came the last day in afternoon. The rep that helped me and dispatch was very nice and helpful with information.I would recommend their services.

  5. Moving DISASTER.

Initial contact was very pleasant. Upon signing agreement and paying deposit of $1396 communication ceased. Arrival to pick up was a week late, and no moving van - a rental truck not large enough to handle the move. The "NOT TO EXCEED" contract ended up costing 2x the agreed upon amount, and I have to return 1200 miles one way with my own  truck and trailer to finish the move.
Lots of calls and emails leading up to deposit, and no further communication after unless I called or emailed. This company is very unprofessional, and untrustworthy. After agreeing to thier terms, signing the "not to exceed" contract, and paying the deposit there was nothing but problems, and I was left with an incomplete move that I have to finish myself. I consider Moving Network USA to be deceptive, fraudlent, and completely untruthful.
Avoid this company at all costs!!
