Never Use.
Never use moving professionals they lost half my furniture and the service is terrible, please no one use this company cause you wont get your goods and if you book through some company like remove make sure you find out who they use to deliver your goods.
Do Not Choose Moving Professionals.
I was referred to the moving professionals by a friend of a friend and all I can say is DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! they may be a little cheaper than other companies but trust me its not worth the hasstle! I organised a backload from Gold coast to Melbourne 2 days before they told me they could have it done. Everything was scheduled and set for sat 5th of april. On the friday before I recieved a phone call confirming the pick up for the next day, at my address and I was told to be at home between 2-5 for the pickup. Come saturday we spent the WHOLE DAY waiting for the company and their truck to pick up our things. NO ONE CAME.. I waited until 7pm and then decided to get on with life and stop wasting my time waiting for them to show up! I was unable to contact anyone from their office as it was a saturday and their office hours are only monday- friday. So I was left furious wondering what had happened to thhe truck and why I wasn't even given so much as a phone call to reschedule or let me know what was going on! I then had to wait till Monday (today 8th) until I was able to call and speak to the company.(just to mention no one came on sunday to get our things either) I called and asked what had happened and recieved a vague response with a "we'll call you back soon and let you know" 20 mins later I was called back with " my manager doesn't know what happened and we are trying to get in touch with the driver that was meant to get your things to let you know what happend, we can PROBABLY have it done tommorow for you" well that's no good eneough for me, I demanded a refund and told them exactly what I thought of their service! I rent my house and need to be out by weds this week so im not trusting my things in their hands again! anyway when it comes to moving your belongings and personal items its worth paying a great deal of money with a highly recommended company. I hope someone sees this review and takes heed of my warning.. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR THINGS!!
