Never Ever Use This Company.
Movers were to be at my storage at 8. Called ‘Isaac’, at 9. Movers showed at 10. ‘Isaac’ promised he would give 2 hour credit. NEVER discussed a minimum. Finished at 2. Charged $495.00..VERY UNDEPENDABLE and OVERCHARGED!!
Furniture moving.
Moving Solutions moved a very heavy and expensive curio and dining room set (which had been shipped to their warehouse from Italy) to our home. It was extremely heavy and they moved it with the utmost care and set it up in our dining room. They adjusted the location of the furniture until it was in just the location that we desired. They were very professional & courteous. They arrived ahead of their scheduled time and then waited for us to arrive back home. I would highly recommend their services.
Don't do it.
No receipt given. 45 minutes early negative because loading dock was not available. Walked very slow. Took 1 item at a time. Did not follow instructions. Moved 4 large items and dozen or so boxes and cost me 150.00. Had to cut loading short because they were so slow and they refused me a receipt. Now I know why the owner asked if I could pay with cash.
Terrible.
Would never use them again, use at your own risk. They were slow, late, unresponsive and caused damages. A year later they still have not fixed what they damaged. They even ignore reports made to the Better Business Bureau. Worst company I have ever dealt with. .
Moving services.
Please do not use this company. Our furniture was damaged. The team they sent was inexperienced and unable to handle twin mattress well, let alone the rest. We had to demand another team in the process of the move. The owner obviously smarting from other complaints was not helpful nor willing to completely take care of the damages and incompetency of his employees. Please spend more and get a better company to move your items. We have moved 4 times and this was the 1st experience like this we have ever had.
