If you like your furniture don't trust Mr Mover with it.
Rick assured me Mr. Mover employed only experienced qualified movers. A very inexperienced team of two young men were sent to my home 6.5 hours late after I called the office several times. One of them told me it was his first day on the job and boy was it obvious. Aside from contributing to the damage to my furniture and losing pieces he was little help at all. Damage; 85% of the furniture moved was permanently damaged including my piano which was broken. The truck was well stocked with furniture pads but they refused to use them. Walls and doors at the old house and new house were significantly damaged. I was assured the furniture would be placed and set up in designated rooms at the new house. Instead they asked if they could leave it in the garage or the driveway. I insisted they bring most of it in the house but they refused to place it and set it up in the appropriate rooms as promised because their boss who had been calling them all afternoon wanted them to go to another job. And, they left without completing the job leaving a trail of damage to two houses and my furniture. I immediately called Rick and left a message. It's been a month now. No one has returned my calls. My credit card was over charged. They have not sent a receipt or explanation of charges as promised and requested. Mr. Mover overcharged me, damaged my furniture and damaged two homes causing me to pay for repairs to all. My advice is don't get burned like I did.

Shady awful company.
[NAME EDIT] and Mr.Movers is not a reputable company. They quoted one rate and then half way through the job changed the rate and notified me after they were done that I owed $100's of dollars more than what I was told. The only people who were actually moving items were his employees yet I was required to pay for him as part of a 3 man crew. There are many reputable companies that give honest rates, quotes and have a sense of urgency while on your dime. To make matters worse, his wife [NAME EDIT] is unprofessional at best. Do not give your money to this company unless you are willing to part with much more than you were quoted.
