Easy Move Process.
Murray Moving is a great company! From the moment I called to the moment the move was completed was incredibly easy! This part of my move was the only part that I never doubted or had to worry about happening on the scheduled date/time! The cost beat all other companies by several hundreds of dollars!
The guys, Colton and Ronald, were excellent! They took good care of my belongings and were wonderful at communicating! They didn’t waste any time! I couldn’t be any more pleased. I highly recommend this company!
Murray Moving Company - Texas.
Recommendation: Do not use Murray Moving Company. Murray Moving operates in Houston, Tomball, and Austin, Texas. My wife and I used them to move from our home in Cypress, TX (plus a storage unit close by) to Magnolia, TX. Choosing them was based on their website and favorable impression made by their sales contact. The move proceeded fairly well. However, it was discovered after the move that one of the 6-man moving crew stole two expensive watches (anniversary gifts to each other). We filed a theft claim with Murray Moving, and they assigned a claim number and a claims dept. contact, who at first was communicative and seemed to be proactive and supportive. However, the claim has been ignored and the company has since been and continues to be unresponsive, despite multiple (and unreturned) email and voice message communications. I strongly recommend to Texas residents to avoid use of Murray Moving, given their apparent hiring practices and because if you should have a damage or theft claim, they are not likely to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, but will simply avoid it in the hope that you will drop it. There are many moving company options. So, Murray Moving Company need not be an option for you.
