Moving experience unbearable worst experience ever
Packing was unbelievable small things in large paper can't find remotes, wires, spelling " Sowing Room" really, letters instead of words RLT? left my house in a mess left my door wide open when they left not just unlocked air on 70 degrees in AZ. Absolutely the worst experience.
Experts at "cover your ass", but not moving
I've used this company three times. First time it was great, second time it was good, third time was downright bad.
The crew caused damages to the property (inside and out) leaving me with a repair bill from the owner. As soon as I started taking pictures of the damage, an in-house "damage inspector" showed up to take his share of the pictures. The crew also tried to shove large TV by lifting it and putting it into the box from the top down (instead of just having TV on the ground and putting the box on it). I am not a mover, but that is just common sense - is this the crew's first time doing a move?! Things like that made watching the crew doing a move painful.
Then at the destination, things like bed skirt, and recliner wires were misplaced. So not only did they not install it, but they also left me scrambling for days thinking these items were lost. Job not done!
They did try to send their own repair guy to the origin property, but the owner did not want anyone associated with this company to touch their property. Can you blame them?! This effectively left me on the hook for the damages to the owner. Meanwhile, muscular moving men stopped responding.

I can not be more disappointed with my moving experience. I did not price shop but instead paid a premium price to this company. On booking the move I was promised that my belongings would be cared forand my floors and walls would be protected. I now have Filthy floors, scratches on furniture, and dented door frames. I am being told by the company that the damage will be repaired, but unfortunately there are items that cannot be repaired. Do not use this company. Look elsewhere!

Muscular Moving Men LLC
Just a word to the wise, think twice before using this company to move your personal belongings or for those of you in real estate recommending this company. I made the mistake of using them a couple months ago. As I am unpacking I am running across more and more things damaged during the move. Some items have sentimental value and cannot be repaired/replaced. This company is so sleezy that they still haven’t offered to compensate me for things that could be replaced. They were clearly negligent from the beginning by sending a smaller crew then what was agreed upon. The crew was worn out before they even got to my place at about 9:00a. Thank you and good luck with your move.
Pass on these guys. Nothing went right.
Quoted 2500 charge 4400. Showed up late, they promised 9 am and showed at 3 pm unprepared with not enough boxes and lots of excuses.
Refused to do the full job due to time and curfew. Broke and damaged things and walls. Double billed me and have not been able to correct for 30 days. They Promised everything and doubled my stress with no delivery. I was up till 2 am doing what they would not.
Do not use - broken and lost items. Expensive.
The delivery experience was about as bad as it gets:
- Family dining room table (the one piece of furniture important to us) was broken in two large pieces and unrepairable.
- Hanging mirror (wedding gift) missing.
- Broken flat screen TV
- Several broken glass items.
It turns out Muscular Moving Men changed storage facilities in the middle of our remodel. The moving team said the table was already broken when they picked it up in storage so it must have happened when MMM changed storage facilities.
I was never notified of these extra moves ahead of time and was not notified when table was broken. Instead they just delivered it in pieces with some paperwork to sign and acknowledge it.
The owners showed no sympathy or concern. I was told I should have paid extra for the full replacement insurance and should have known the risks better .. but how can I account for risks I don't know about such as them moving our items multiple times without my knowledge or permission?
What stinks is I knew the owner (Josh) from college and hired MMM because I simply wanted a moving company I could trust to handle my family's possessions carefully. Even with the discount they offered, this was the highest bid of the companies I got quotes from -- in this case you won't get what you pay for.
I absolutely do not recommend this moving company for any type of moving or storage.
Not Trustworthy, Horrible.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I hired Muscular Moving men for an out of state move and to transport my car. They packed my house with my real estate agent at my house. First of all, they did not communicate at all as to what was happening when. The only communications from them was to collect money. They moved me to Texas and when they delivered, there were many items missing and many items damaged and they forgot my car, literally forgot it. They did not abide by the contract dates, my car was delivered late and there was no apology or financial adjustments. They brought a few items they lost with my car, including a lamp and no shades, rendering useless. Then, about a month later, they found and delivered my leaf to my Ethan Allen DR set but it was completely broken. Then, they mailed something sentimental to me (after I hounded them for a month) and it was all torn - they found it somewhere on the floor in their warehouse. I am still missing a fair amount of things, including my personal checks (which I am suspicious about). They missed many items from my house, like my entire stove drawer and all my mats. I am missing many items from a guest room and my garage and they won't even look into it. It has been 10 weeks since I have moved and keep noting things I am missing, some nice quality items that I question whether they were stolen. Every piece of my furniture was damaged, I paid an extra $500 for insurance and they say I have a $1,000 deductible, none of which was communicated to me ahead of time. They would not answer calls, return calls or respond to email. I have had to re-buy many, many items but can't replace many of them. I took a while to file this complaint, hoping they would find my missing items, some of them very sentimental. Do not use them, they will ruin your move and your items.

We contacted them through a suggestion from JDog removal services. I called and scheduled a move, due to the close of our house bouncing around, When I Called back to see if it can be moved to a different date, They quickly accommodated! Well it happened again, and we had to change the date a second time 2 days earlier When the guys arrived the morning of the move. They quickly got on the ball and didn't stop until we got everything into our storage unit. They took extra care of our valuable items, They are super friendly and respectful. They repacked my storage unit to make sure everything went in there. There was not a thing that was left behind or done half-a$$ed. When our house is built, I will be calling to request Josh and his crew!

This was an excellent crew. Hard-working, positive, energetic, and communicative. They were very easy to work with and extremely patient with the quirks that came with our move. We had a 4-man crew, Mr. Buff was amazing with his team. WE've done a dozen moes over 40 years and this was our best. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend them for any type of move.
I had a change in plans and needed them a week earlier than expected and they were willing and able to accommodate to make the move for us.
The gentleman were very polite and explained to me what they were going to do when they came in. They handled our furniture very carefully and were very quick to get it loaded and moved. I hope that I don't have to move again in the future but will call them to do so.
