Horrible experience.
Can I give negative stars? I moved from SC to FL. This company gave great lip service. It was a scam from start to finish!! They added fees faster than I could that's for sure. The subcontracted company they used tried to shake us down for extra cash. The said they could not get my armoire out of the bedroom. I had to leave a $1000 piece of furniture. During this whole process I was told they overestimate and is adjusted at the end. I ended up paying $7440 on a move that should have costed no more than $4818. Never again!!
Horrible experience with the national moving company.
This company starts out by making promises they have no intention of keeping. Their weapon of choice against the consumer is deception, they are very good at showing you They care about your situation and your "move".. but the truth is once you sign the contract it becomes difficult to reach them.. this company tells you they will be moving you, but the truth is they contract your work out to someone else Who want a piece of the pie as well, of course, more of your money.
Before you know it you been passed on to a third company who also gets a portion.. won't bore you with my bad experience any longer I will be saying this, if you intend to do business with National Moving Company I warn you, don't!! Todd is the manager and Heidi is one of the representatives both are very deceitful.
