Excellent customer service!
Paul was wonderful to work with, and I could not have asked for a better advocate and move coordinator than Ciera! There was a misunderstanding with the driver for my move and Ciera, on her own time, went to bat for me and not only resolved the issue but saved me from having to spend more than expected for my move. I HIGHLY recommend her and consider her a professional, excellent, friendly customer service agent.
Moving from CA to TN
Ciera and Paul were such a pleasure to work with and gave us great rates. Ciera was enthusiastic and patient with us through the entire process. She listened closely to our needs and followed her words with action. She supported us the entire process during a stressful time and when we had questions and so forth. The moving men she arranged for us were just as fabulous and took great care in packing our antiques and life into their truck. It is recommended to find the right movers. Based on my experience, nationwide moving and storage LLC is one of the best one I have had by far. I moved from Chicago to CA and everyone had been nothing but kind and very helpful to me. I had a pleasure doing and having them help me move. They are super great with accommodating all my requests as well as getting me all the help that I needed. Great price and great service.
Great Communication
So I am really glad I chose Nationwide for my move. Nationwide hooked me up with the movers that got me from Utah to beach grove Indiana. One night I actually called at 4 in the morning just to see if the 24/7 customer service line worked and it actually did! Someone picked up the phone! I have moved 3 times in the Military and Nationwide has actually been the most responive out of any company. Thank you NW moving & Storage

20/10 would recommend! Friendly, efficient, and made my move (from Wisconsin to Indiana) EFFORTLESS AND STRESS FREE!! Bring a wife/mom of 2 is stressful enough add in a 450 mile move into the mix and let me tell you I was STRESSED TO THE MAX! During the whole move the only thing I had to worry about was keeping the kids/hubby occupied during the drive. Thank you for EVERYTHING Nationwide Moving and Storage you will ALWAYS have my business!

I moved from Hollywood, Florida to Washington, D.C. last month very last minute. Nationwide was able to get me a great price & made the move almost “easy” for my family. My moving coordinator, John, was with me from the beginning to the end and never missed a phone call. I’ve moved quite a few times and this was THE best experience I’ve had so far. NO sketchy up charges, or hidden fees.

I have just recently Moved My Is my family from Costa Mesa California to Indiana and they were great they did everything I wasn't even there they set everything up and we did everything within a couple of days for the whole move I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure great people great service couldn't be happier With our service from this company. I had called multiple other companies but they were by far the most polite and easy to make all this happen 10 out of 10 will use the mechanic I decide to move again.

I had a really good experience and conversation with my original sales rep but what really makes this move stand out from all the others is the outstanding customer service. I know I might have been a little hassle at times but they really do take the time to explain the process. The move took place 2 weeks ago and they just moved me in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. I would give more than 5 stars if I could
Overall good experience
So I will say that everytime I have moved in the past I have had a really bad experience with uhaul ands pods. I had a had a great experience from start to finish. My initial call I spoke with Matt who had done a great job explaining the industry to me. After booking early,, I had got a really outstanding rate for a all inclusive move. When the movers got here it went exactly exactly how Matt said it would go. The customer service department was very responsive as well. Thank you NW & storage
Move from California to Florida
Originally my boyfriend and i had wanted to rent a truck and do the move ourselves. After checking out Nationwide Terry really made it simple from beginning to end. He explained about how some moving brokerages low ball estimates, most of the brokerages being in South Florida. After hearing about, plus the 45 minute phone call that ended in a video visit to give us the peace of mind. We had the I am very happy with the customer service I received. Thank you guys for the keeping me updated during transit and always picking up the phone for me(Which was huge for us) Customer serves really deserves 10 stars
Long distance move
So I have moved many times in the past. My father was prior military so I know just about everything about the moving industry. Nationwide went beyond just your typical mov nag company. When Alexander got my move arranged initially, he was very thorough. He took his time, and hi g really made the difference for me. We had a 4 bedroom house so we went individually room by room. Nationwide's customer service and quality assurance department were also very helpful while adding items after the original estimate was signed and needed to add a few boxes. The movers did everything and I got to lay back and hand out lemonade. Nationwide arranged our storage as well so we are still awaiting our free redelivery when our home finally is done being built!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!
