Very unprofessional , please avoid them
It was a terrible experience using Next Stop Moving service,they made the whole moving process a painful and traumatic one.There are two thing in business which make happy customer ;trust and integrity this company has none of this. They kind of scammed us from day one.The people whom I talked initially - Carline, Andrew went out of picture once Imade credit card authorization. Post that I had to talk with Luis who also gave me mental stress whenever I talked with him. They don't have their trucks for end to end delivery and your stuff gets transferred to another truck for delivery. I gave an estimate of around 43 items, however they gave mean estimate for 38 saying it will fit in 500 cubic feet.On the day of moving their workers or contractor told me that the stuff will occupy 800 cubic feet and gave me a new quote increasing price from $2800 to $4500, We end up discarding lot of our stuff , and using around 600cf in the truck. They are also charged us for packing materials and other surcharges. They promised one month free storage but that was also a lie, their loader named John,(idk if that was his correct name) himself put a date saying it’s just for approximation. After I moved to new location, I also called them to verify if they will store my stuff since I was still looking for an apartment, they said yes we will store it. However suddenly same weekend I got a call from truck driver that he will deliver my items tomorrow.Next day the same lady whom I spoke over the phone and whom had promised me that they will store the items, refused to store the items and told me that you already signed on a date and as per contract we can’t hold your stuff now. This was again very unprofessional and unethical way , again they cheated and did not kept their word, I had to literally stop my work and get a storage arranged . So I hope no one else have to suffer and will advise to avoid such business company. This company is also not BBB Accredited .
I had a very positive moving experience
They carefully wrapped my art work and furniture in plastic and blankets and took everything with them when they left - no mess left behind (including boxes I unpacked while they were still there). I also appreciated how they took some furniture I was getting rid of to donate for me. Other companies have charged high fees for taking stuff with them. I was so happy that they found a good use for older furniture items. Overall I recommend Next Stop moving company - they took all the stress out of the experience for me.

Best movers in the town
We had a very prompt move with these movers. The crew arrived at my house pretty early and embarked on the job, which they did professionally and carefully all day long until everything was done. Their service is geared towards the total satisfaction of the customer. I had a very easy and un flawed move with them

My daughter is moving to GA for her studies and she is carrying her whole bed room. These guys shifted whole room to the new apartment and settle everything for her. She is very happy. It was very comfortable working with these guys.

I recommend you to move with this company They planned thoroughly, arrived early, experienced professionals and even finished before the estimated time, and made the move very comfortable and enjoyable what usually would have been a stressful one without them Not only would I recommend them, but I would definitely use them myself again if I have to move again they did a great job!

There was no issue with the move and everything went as was arranged. I was extremely amazed that they could give me such an assistance at, that pocket friendly cost. Truth be told, they are excellent. The entire procedure would have been a bad dream for me if not of the expert way with which these folks took care of my luggage. I'm truly satisfied with them and will work with them over and over.

My wife and I recently used Next Stop Moving company to move from our previous rental to our new home. Melvin and his crew showed up exactly on time, and got to work right away. All three were polite and outgoing. They were able to load up our entire 2 bed apartment, travel to our new location, and unload everything all within the quoted 3 hour time frame! Steve even gave me pointers on changing out our dryer plug, which I was able to knock out the same day. Excellent professionalism, quality work, and great attitudes.
Last Minute Schedule Change Cost Me Big
Consigned this company to move me interstate. They said they’d confirm the quote with a site visit 3 days before the move date. Nope. Then, the day that my deposit was paid, they called to tell me they double booked and wouldn’t be able to pick up until 4 days later. Too bad I had made plans to be out of town by then. My booked hotels and vacation time… out the window! When asked how long the new transit time would be, it increased from 5-7 days to 1-2 weeks. This happened 3 days before the original pickup date.
Will update if they can correct these issues.

Pricing was low than other companies, so I had low expectations. Imagine my shock when Gary called me to let me know they could come earlier but only if it was OK for me. Gary, Mark and Kenny were there right on schedule and were ready to go. They were amazing and very professional. When it came time to unload my belongings into storage, I was amazed at how they were able to fit everything and had a little room to spare.

Thomas was a pleasure to work with and he was very flexible with scheduling. Completely upfront about all charges and services provided. Our movers were Tony and Lloyd and I need to mention something about their professionalism and politeness throughout the entire process. It was superb. They wasted no time the whole day and made sure we got our money's worth.

These movers were professional and delivered an outstanding move, at a very reasonable and competitive price!! It was great having Ryan and David for this move. Not only did they have a fantastic attitude, but they also moved all of our belongings from storage very carefully and were very organized in how they staged the truck. We would highly recommend them and this company to anyone who is looking for a stress-free move!!!
I wanted to thank this company
They arrived on time and the three guys did a great job getting the move done. They worked from 8am-5pm. They made 4 truckloads, wrapped and took care of all my fragile items. They took down and put items back up. They never complained and just three hard workers. Courtney has great staff. They worked very hard the entire time they were here and hustled never resting other than the 20 minutes.
Run from this company
If you want to be scammed by a moving company, hire this firm. They are holding our stuff hostage against federal law. We had a binding estimate of 13.900 and they are demanding 36k or our stuff will be sold via auction.
We received no bill of laden, a different company came to pick up our stuff, and once loaded and left said we owe more. And yes, the online estimate was deleted the day of the move. Go to moverescue and everything I am writing is all too 3 scams. They didn’t show up with a company truck and arrived with a uhaul hours later.
My advice. Run.
We have a FMCSA claim against this company and now have legal council.

Excellent company, Sarah helped me a lot with questions I had since the beginning and was very patient with me. I had two moving teams that were great. Price is good for the kind of job they do, you might think it is cheaper to do it yourself with a rental, but at the end is expensive, you get really tired and finish with all your stuff damaged. These guys are fast, patient with clients and they assemble your furniture needs.
