  1. Don't do it!!

Missing, broken items. Scam artists. Quoted one price and had to pay another. Only pay in cash. Put a very heavy item in a spare bedroom when I told them to put it in the living room! I even put a note as to where to put this heavy item and was still put in wrong place. Will try to get ahold of someone to see what kind of reimbursement I will be getting.

  2. Miss thing.

I move from Washington D. C to Michigan city in and I used this company to movie my thing first od all there give me a price of $893.00 and will have to own them $393.00 and I give them $500.00 I'm a disability person there lie to me to get my.

  3. Missing stolen items.

I just had my first child on 9/11/16 and found out that my active duty husband had to be deployed to Afghanistan for 1yr starting 1/1/17. So I decided to move to Las Vegas to be near family during his deployment. On 12/9/16 I hired North America Prime to move a few of my items from Newport News, VA to Las Vegas, NV. 3 men arrived to pack my items. My original estimate was 1300 but ended up costing 3200 due to extra boxes. I was unaware that I had to call the moving company to update the number of boxes that the agent Chris listed on the original estimate. After what seemed like a shady arrangement between one of the men and a guy on the phone that he referred to as Gary the manager, I paid the men 2650 cash on 12/9/16 and was off to Las Vegas. I was told that I would receive my items in 7-21 days. I called periodically to get an update on when I could expect to receive my shipment but could never get any concrete answers. Finally on 1/4/17 my shipment arrived to Las Vegas. I was so happy to receive my things that I didn't follow proper protocol. I didn't count my items and the driver never went through the items with me. He walked in told me to sign a paper and asked me for the remaining 550 balance, which I gave him 560. Once the movers (2 men) were done, the main guy told me that my nursery rocking chair base was missing and that I could call the manager David to get an update on whether or not it was left in the warehouse. I signed the paper before he told me about the missing rocker base. I called David that same day and he informed me that he would keep me posted. As I began to unpack my items, I first noticed that my Stokke child Stroller was damaged. Then I noticed that I was missing the entire back rail and base of my child's crib. I became aware that an extra large uhaul box that contained many of my personal items and sons items (bottles, pacifiers, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, infant bouncer, crib beddings, musical mobiles, glass jar bottles, breast pump bottles, etc) was missing. What infuriated me the most was when I opened a box and found items missing. Not only was an entire box of my 4 month old sons items were gone, someone deliberately cut open a box and stole a wedding dress and a bag containing jewelry along with other personal items out of a box. I knew the box was altered when I saw everything wildly thrown in there. I am truly disgusted with North America Prime and am hoping that a criminal investigation takes place. I can understand that boxes can go missing, they shouldn't, but they do. But for someone to cut into a box and take specific items out of that box, then retype the box as though nothing happened is truly dispicable. North America Prime should investigate their employees. People hire you for a service not to abuse their trust and steal items that they have worked hard for. This move was solely due to my husband duty to serve. He has to separate from his family and his first born son to selflessly help protect families in America, while the employees of North America Prime are rumagging through his families items and stealing. How disgusting is that, how dispicable.

  4. Worst experience ever from start to finish.

I recently moved from Florida to Texas. These movers were the worst. I was given an estimate of the move not knowing that would increase unexpectedly by 1400.00 and not telling me of the increase until after loading my things already leaving me with no choice. Then it took forever for delivery of my things then another unexpected fee and a lot of my belongings were damaged. Stay away from these movers they are scam artists lairs and don't return phone calls.
