Don't use them! Charged an extra hour, added incorrect fees and did not adjust. Also damaged several pieces of furniture. $1,900+ for a local move.

Worst Service ever! Honestly! I have never ran into such a scam. We called around to get pricing. A very nice lady picked up. They said $300 for 2 hours!
We scheduled a day, and they said they will call with time day before with time.
They show up 15 min late. Which im okay with. Bad weather, they come in. We had it all packed and ready to go. So the move out and loading was fast. Then deliver it to new house. Which was 10 min away. They unload and went good.
Now we come to the scam part. It was less then 2 hours. They want to play the game 4 guys, 2 hours, shrink wrap? And all that. $650.we told them $300 and he goes that's a quote.
“Quote is not a estimate, its a fn quote! It means you say $300. I say yes, and that's it. Unless there is extras to it. There was not. So he played the game of let me step outside and talk to the office! BS! Didnt comes back. With ill be nice. Ill remove a guy n all thats. At the end, I was mad. Wanted him, and just agreed to it. Also he tried to pitch to me, to call him next time for deliveries. This place is a scam, and I will never recommend it. All they said through out the move is take care of us, and we got you. All they cared of was Money!

Moved a month ago. They broke a glass shelf for cabinet fine it happens. They did not call to tell me this we were searching around looking for it. Why did we have to search? They were on time however the total move was to take 7 hours it took 10 one load quoted took 2. They did not pack the truck well. It looked like my buddies and I packed the truck. At the end around 8 pm the crew was done we just started saying leave this I will build this etc.
We ended up paying $450.00 more to move another small truck full of items from our old home to the new one.
To date 10/04/2017 we are no closer to ending this battle. North shore asked us to send in measurements for broken glass we did. They lost the measurements did not call.
TERRIBLE. Price looks good I was referred by our relator. Just don't use this company.

It's been more than 1 month already since I used Northshore movers. I've been calling them 3 times aweek to fix my damaged furniture. But the owner Rob keeps on saying that he will call me back to send someone to fix the furniture. But I never get a call back from them. I'm the only one who always call them. I don't know why it's taking them a long time to send someone to fix it. It's been damaged since the last week of april and it's already june. They should not charge me insurance if they will not fix it. And my other complaint was they did not arrive on time. They are 2 1/2 hrs late. From the start they are not realible So judge for your self.
