I was moving from massachusetts to florida and the moving experince was great I was moving a couple a bedrooms and I had no tv box and some other stuff I needed to box sme stuff so I spoke to this fellow name mr.Roman and he advised me that they provided with the boxes and the wrapp for the stuff I needed to wrap up and over all mr Roman was very profesianal so thank you for your help mr Roman.
Worst Moving Company.
Worst moving company I have ever used! Movers left all their trash and did not clean up anything. They scratched my hardwood floors and broke a window. I put in a claim and had documentation of everthing and it was DENIED! Over $3000 worth of DAMAGE and the settlement was for less than $300. Antique and solid wood furniture was broken, boxes were smashed, and everything had water damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. .

I talked to several local moving company in the Miami area, and finally Ocean. I found Roman (Sales Person) to be very informative and gave me an accurate price with no hidden costs. He was very proffessional and immedialtely followed up to ensure that all went weel. The moving crew showed up on time and did an excellent job in packing up the furniture and protecting it to avoid damage. In summary I would highly recommend Ocean they did an excellent job! An excellent service. They delivered when they promised. Kind people. A very handful help, both picking up and delivering. They packed all the loose stuff that we had around. Excellent movers.
Roman scheduled the move for me on the phone and gave me the estimates for my move . his estimate was very close to what we eventually moved from Miami to Denver . I was suprised at how smoothly everything went . the movers were on time . packe everything extremely securely and did a really good job of cleaning up after they left . very polite and professional.
i would recommend them every time you want to move cross-country

Shipping a king size sleigh bed.
I would highly recommend oceans moving and storage. they were extremely professional courteous and willing to get the job done to perfection.the truck arrived 2 days earlier than expected and the install was done with the same professionalism. I would like to think both of the movers that came to the house unpacked the bed perfectly and thank you to Roman who coordinated all aspects of my shipping job. If I had to move again I would definitely hire this company but thank God I won't be moving for at least another 20 years. Great job guys and thanks again.
A hassle free experience!
I had a wonderful experience moving with Ocean. It was a last minute move with a small shipment and a short window for pick-up. Sal was delightful to work with and gave me a very competitive quote based on the exact # of items and not the minimum amount which other companies quoted - (and were significantly higher). The driver, Pierre, arrived 5 days after my initial contact with Sal and in short order carefully covered and loaded my shipment in FL. Pierre was a consummate professional - very efficient & courteous! Six day later, Pierre arrived in MA and delivered everything in perfect condition. I heartily recommend Ocean and their professional staff. .
Reliable Company.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Ocean Moving and Storage! I just recently moved from Hollywood, FL to Alexandria VA in early April. I relocated back to VA for work. I was contacted by a sales rep named Sal, who was amazing! I felt comfortable and confident I was in good hands. The truck showed up on time, the movers were very polite and took quality care of my things. They made sure everything was properly wrapped and secured in the truck. I highly recommend this company. They took care of all the logistics. I am very pleased with this company and will be using them in the event of a future move.

The movers that showed up were on time extremely careful overpack everything that I shipped and could not of been more courteous I felt as though my items which were moving across the country or in very capable hands of professionals and when they arrived in Illinois the company that did the unpacking was spectacular and we were very happy with both ends of the pickup and delivery.
Best Move Experience.
What a wonderful experience, from start to finish. Roman was really thorough when talking to me about my move. I requested full packing service for my 2 bedroom home and everything was packed very well. The crew was very courteous and careful with my things and they handled my piano very carefully. Priceless!!
I had things in basements and garage and the guys made sure nothing was left behind.
Roman also helped me with my car, which arrived in two days!
I would certainly recommend Ocean Moving and Storage to my friends!
Very Disappointing.
I'll first say, I was pretty disappointed in my experience. To be fair, they did take into consideration protecting some of my items like my TV and my canvas bags. The disappointment lies in other things. 1) The crews failed to call me on pick up AND delivery that they had to push back the times they could be there. On pick up, I had to call the company and they told me that they were going to be there in the afternoon instead of the morning which they had failed to tell me, which meant I waited all morning for nothing when I could've been out doing other things. 2) They were completely careless with my other items. It seemed like once they took my boxes, they were just dropping them and throwing them around instead of setting them down gently. Neither crew had a hand truck which was completely shocking to me because I figure that a hand truck would be a pretty basic and essential piece of equipment to have when you're a moving company. Needless to say, some of my items were damaged. I know it depends on how well you pack things, but if items are handled carelessly enough, things will get damaged no matter how well you pack them. They did deliver my items fairly quickly, but overall, I found the experience very disappointing. I would recommend anyone to continue to shop around and find someone else.
Horrible company that basically robs you blind!!
This company caught our attention by giving us a great quote for our move of about 1 room full of stuff. $850. We thought wow great deal! I wish I had come to this website and read the reviews first because they are completely accurate! They showed up in a budget rental truck to pick up our stuff. If they hadn't had paperwork from Ocean moving I would have completely thought we were being robbed!! The end story is they doubled my charge and the total move cost me $1670! I also had to rent a uhaul and meet them at a walmart because they swore they couldn't make it into our complex! My wife and I had to move everything into our apartment ourselves! Also they broke one of our dressers right in front of me and had the audacity to still ask for a tip! I will never recommend or do business with them again!!
Unprofessional service and damage.
The movers were discourteous and unprofessional. The would not deliver until additional payment was made on the spot for extra stairs to climb. The contract never stated any such thing. They damaged furniture, not one but many pieces. They des the walls of the building when carrying furniture up the stairs. I would advise all not to ever use this company.

Do not use this company. They steal your stuff, and what they don't steal they smash. Their customer service is terrible and will not replace your things because they do not appear on the item list. The movers even have the nerve to ask for tips. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
