These people aren’t a real company. They stole all our belongings and $600 and never heard or saw from them again. Beware! Do not use!
Mover from Hell.
Pickup day was on 8/22/20 and 56 days later (date of this review) Omega Relocation LLC still has not delivered all items. Many promised delivery dates broken and refuses to provide one now. An heirloom piano was dropped on the concrete driveway on pickup day. Piano incurred further damage on delivery – dragged on garage floor, broken legs, broken cabinet, perhaps broken soundboard. Not even an apology from Omega and no commitment to repair. Extensive damages to other furnishings. Count of missing items is 35 at last count. Omega movers even stole a dolly and stepladder. Omega has no communication skills, no sense of customer service. Omega will try to escape their responsibility with lower insurance coverage. However, Omega total breached the fundamental contract all moving companies embrace – to do their very best to transport and deliver customer belongings in the condition received. If you’re contemplating a move, be forewarned – avoid Omega Relocation LLC!
