   They moved me to TX and it was amazing. Smoothest move I've ever had. From estimate to crew it was informed and detailed. Just wanted to say thanks to Allen and Brian.

2. My move with On Time Moving and Storage

   So glad that I hired On Time Moving and Storage for our move from Florida to Missouri.
   
   Leda was the first person I spoke with, and she is just awesome! Talking to her was the main reason I chose On Time, very helpful, knowledgeable and caring of my concerns about such a major life moving experience.
   
   Trad, our estimator, came to our home, looked at all of our belongings, and gave us a fair and binding in-person quote. He also gave us some great tips and moving advice, with no pressure to sign anything.
   
   Robb, Eldridge, and Larry, our movers, were also fantastic. They carefully protected, loaded and unloading our belongings like it was their own stuff, and they worked as hard as I’ve seen anyone work in a long time. We just knew we had picked the right company.
   
   If I owned a company, these are the kind of people I would want on my staff, as theyall really enhance the company’s good name and reputation!

3. Awesome !!

   Can not say enough about my move to California. Blaine and Juron was great. They made my move very pleasant . Joseph came out and gave me an Estimate . he offered a Flat Rate Price for my move and they stuck to it. They did not ask for any money up front . I paid them when they arrived in California. A real moving company . Very nice to work with all the way around..Thanks.

4. Please Save Yourself Heartache.

   DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS PLEASE.
   
   This is not just another frustrated customer blowing things out of proportion, I usually NEVER complain or write reviews for companies.
   
   So I would like to explain in detail my experience with this company. I used this company for my move from Melbourne, FL to Vancouver, WA. When you first approach this company they are easy to work with. I had Trad come out to do my estimate, he was very clear and helpful in the process. Everything up to the move went smoothly in dealing with this company, they put on a very good front to make you feel supported but when it comes down to the actual move they have several MAJOR faults. To start we had two movers show up about hour late (no big deal) at 10:30am. In this time, we went over the estimate and I was informed that more items than estimated will have to be “packed” which calls for extra fees that were not stated in the estimate. Trad physically came to the apartment to see all the items and somehow failed to mention or include the charges on the estimate for packing certain items they knew would need to be packed, the only thing he said would be extra was any TVs and pictures. Our movers were Kevin and Bobby. The move started around 10:30 am and the movers did not finish until 8 pm. The mover Kevin was slow, talked to us literally the whole day while slowly packing items and managed to say things that were racist, sexist, and homophobic all in the course of the time it took them to complete the move. Not only that, but he tried to make it seem like there were a lot of extra charges for “packing items” and then tried to convince me into paying him under the table extra to purposefully not report items on his list of things packed for extra. Bobby, who said it was his 3rd day on the job, was helpful and obviously trying his best to deal with his counterpart.
   
   Communication between them taking out items and when they would arrive was inconsistent, they called once to say when the truck left, but otherwise, I had to call other times to follow up on estimated arrival time. I was told it would arrive the 25, then the 26, then the 27th on different days.
   
   When unloading our stuff, the driver was nice and worked quickly.
   
   THE WORST PART
   
   Upon unpacking, however, I realized I was missing MULTIPLE boxes that were packed in medium sized plastic bins. I called the driver who told me to call the company. I called on time and talked to Chris and was basically told preemptively that I’ll have to file a claim for the items to possibly get the insurance to cover it (which is a dollar per pound or one with some stupid deductible). The items the company could not locate are irreplaceable like home videos, an Xbox one hard-drive, collectibles, and ashes from a dead relative. I was told they will check for the items in the warehouse in the morning on Friday, however, when I called back this afternoon, I was told no one will look for them until at least Monday. While we were warned that items could potentially be broken during the move (which is understandable), we were not warned that items would go missing. AT LEAST 6 OF OUR LARGE PLASTIC BINS, MISSING. When this was mentioned to Chris, he explained that, “you never know what will happen, like a car accident,” however, this loss of our irreplaceable items is more in line with complete negligence or it being stolen rather than some accident. So yeah..don’t use this company.
   
   I basically had to pay for this moving company who bases their price of weight to move, to steal or lose my items. It’s a scam please don’t use this company.

5. An excellent Move!

   I am a very happy customer received my items all secure, safe and on-time as promised. No surprises. all payments were made during delivery only. The actual cost was less than estimate including the packing charges. no items damaged and excellent professionalism shown by the entire crew!

6. On Time Movers FL to Maine.

   Sales rep Thad was very nice. Moving guys in Palm Coast were good but the delivery in Maine ended chaotic as they had to change trucks and were not informed.Six 6 pictures broken, a well packed ceramic sculpture shattered and most large items not set up. Cost about $3000, FL to Maine.

7. Scam: Bulky items are left on the front door.

   Stay away, the movers are SCAM. The company is responsive and on time, but the quality of service is poor and the movers are not professional. Bulky items is your problem, they will leave it at your front door. They will keep saying we have other loads/unloads, we do not have time. They do not satisfy any special request.
   
   It would be cheaper and more professional to hire movers at the pick-up, movers at the delivery, and an interstate truck. At all stages, you are the only customer at that time. For this company, the movers had 4 loads/unloads at the same day. Therefore, they did not give us the quality and value we paid for.
   
   The movers did arrive on time, but they kept saying we have other loads and unloads (they provided us with at most 2 hours of service). They also kept trash talking and that was not very pleasant.
   
   Also, the movers are more of drivers. They do not carry heavy items or bulky items. Our big couch was left outside the front door because they did not want to get it through the balcony.
   
   Overall, 1 star is a lot for this company.

8. Terrible movers!

   I hired On Time Moving and Storage to move items from my deceased fathers home in Florida to my home in Colorado. I was told in writing at the time of booking that I did not need extra insurance because all items being moved were insured for full replacement value, minus a $300 deductible. At the time of packing, a large valuable and fragile amethyst geode was pointed out to the packers and told that it needed to be packed separately. When the items were delivered, the amethyst geode was found at the bottom of a wardrobe box, under kitchen items, a toaster oven, and a small TV. One large piece was broken off the top of the geode, and the body of the geode now has a large crack in it. We filled out the proper claim forms, including a picture of a similar geode from the same store ours was purchased at, showing the value to be $2,590.
   On time moving and storage is now saying that our items were only insured at $6/lb. They have offered to replace our $2,500 museum grade geode with a poor quality geode from etsy.com for $200. We have tried for 10 months to work out a fair settlement, with no success. Their last email said “Just because you paid a certain amount for something doesn’t mean it is worth that”.

   

9. Move to Utah.

   I had a wonderful experience on my move to Utah. The coordination was very good and they were helpful all the way thru the process. I would recommend them to anyone moving. My crew was very hard workers and I had a bad experience with movers last move. These guys are the best.

YOUR TEAM IS HARDWORKING, PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY WORK TOGETHER WELL. MY WIFE LOVED THE GUYS AT PICKUP AND DELIVERY. CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND JUST OVERALL A PERFECT EXPERIENCE.

    Seriously folks, there are not enough words of praise I could type to tell you how AMAZEBALLS this team is!!
    I've done several military moves, a company relocation and used another company for a local move. They were all very stressful and expensive. Enter On-Time Moving & Storage - they are like a breath of fresh air! YOU are put first in every phone call, email & especially in person.
    Leda is my guardian angel truly. This last move (2nd one with OTM) was not a planned one, but a necessary one. From start to finish, she was my light, voice of hope and helping hand.
    Our team of guys, Ricky, Timothy & Scott were just as I had hoped. Top notch team members. Hard workers, kind guys and SO easy to work with. KUDOS you guys, you are above and beyond the rest - by far!
    I will ALWAYS recommend, and promote this fantastic company. There is no better choice for your moving needs!
    I will forever be thankful for now two successful and HAPPY moves!!

12. On Time Moving & Storage St Augustine.

    I moved from Orlando to Orange Park Fl in Jacksonville and I must say I was very impressed with the service I received. The guys should up early which was a relief to my wife and the were nice and professional and packed up our 2 bedroom apartment in record time and drove it to my new house in Jacksonville. The unwrapped everything and took the time to make sure it was right where we wanted it and I could not be happier. They gave me a flat fair rate for the move. Happy wife is a Happy Husband. I highly recommend On Time Moving & Storage.

13. Moving made easy.

    I moved to CA and it was the easiest move I've ever had. It's also the only move I've ever had without damages. The crew was very helpful with me because I was not ready that's for sure. They helped me pack and were ready for me not being ready. To david and crew thanks.

14. Move from Florida to Ohio in December 2018.

    We recently used On Time Moving and Storage for a move from Florida to Ohio. I was initially impressed by the friendliness of the staff that I spoke with. They took lots of time explaining the process and were very upfront about everything. Everything went very smooth and they followed through on all that they promised. No surprises. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them. I would without a doubt use them again if the need arises.

15. Long Distance Movers 3000 miles twice..

    I am a single female. I have to research extra hard to ensure my choices are on point, I have used this company twice, Both times I was pleased beyond my expectations. I initially met Joe {On time moving} after I had been cheated out of 500 dollars by a broker company that had done this to others previously. Joe told me to do my research. He presented a portfolio with everything they offered and I needed to do. I have used this company twice to move from Fl to Nevada and back to Fl. They took so much care in my items.
    They packed with speed and precision. I was actually in the way trying to help. They politely smiled and said thanks ma'am. I tried staying out of the way. I went and just bought lunch knowing they were working so hard and would not stop to go and eat. On the first move to Nevada, it was so cold and I lived all the way on the 3rd floor. I had just started my new job. The drivers were aware and delivered my things late in the evening to help me out, They stayed and hooked my bed and electronics up to help me.They did not leave until the early am. I fell asleep at one point on the floor, waking heard them say lets hurry and put her bed up. The movers that returned my items to Fl were awesome as well. They worked around my time and apartment rules. Mr. Rob and Alonzo moved so quickly and efficient that I was pleased again beyond measure. I know sometimes it is hard to please me. I do not have one bad comment about On time Moving. Working in Corporate America or any job you can tell when employees are treated right and willing to work well for the company. Leda and Chris in the office will make sure they work around all of your crazy demands our time schedule as best as they could. Leda even promised me if they picked up more routes she would try and work on the pricing since at the time they were only coming for my things. She did as promised. As consumers we do not pack as a professional company is trained to do. I say that because my movers repacked boxes that I thought were good. They were protecting my items. I have only ever completed 2 previous reviews for a company so this is not my thing. I was not compensated for this review. I was not promised anything. I just believe in given credit when credit is due. I will not use anyone but On Time Movers period! I pray the best for you all that always go above and beyond for Trina.
