International Relocation Services
Extremely satisfied with the relocation services provided by Orbit. The team was very engaging, transparent right from the quotation at source till the final delivery at the destination. The staff who did the packing at the source was amazing with quality to pack even small things in proper wrapping so as not to get damaged. I truly appreciate the staff and effort put in. The delivery happened with full transparency and updates at every logical movement. At the destination also, received a very engaged staff to store my items for more than 3 months before finally delivering at my destination home with quality and without any damages. Truly appreciate the end to end service. I highly recommend to use Orbit as their partner for International moving. Thanks
Amazing moving experience!
From start to end, I am very happy with how things went. Super friendly and accommodating staff and a smooth transition between the different teams that helped me. Everything arrived safe and sound! Would recommend them for sure. My move was from Canada to Europe via sea fright... so not an easy one! They found me a container earlier, so it actually arrived earlier than I thought. Thanks again!

Jacob and the rest of the team were superb and efficient. They were Ontop of things and were a joy to work with. If I ever need to move again I will definitely use them.
From Toronto to the south if France
From the beginning to the end, all was efficiently handled. Orbit's own people were friendly and very careful with our belongings. Not only did the shipment leave on the promised time but also arrived on schedule. The paper work was obviously well prepared and well handled as the french administration so famous for its red tape remained silent.
Orbit's french corespondents NMEurope were as efficient as Orbit itself. The unloading was done in record time and with a smile. Nothing was damaged and nothing was missing.
Two points: 1) I was under the impression that we were renting a 20' container but it turned out we were renting a certain amount of cubic feet and ended with some extra cost for extra cubic feet. 2) The french delivery driver decided not to trust the small road we live on and charged us extra for the use of a delivery van to empty his trailer parked some 1 km up the road from us.
I would recommend Orbit to anyone planning a move to France.

I’m really thankful to Tomy Klein for explaining entire process and giving me the confidence to not look any further. Eric Bocher was our moving coordinator and person behind our hassle free move. He explained everything step by step, took care of all our paperwork, and was also able to change our moving date. Im really thankful to him. At last big round of applause to all the best guy crew and orbit crew, who arrived on time with full precautions and carefully packed, unpacked all our belongings.They were extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Orbit International Moving to everyone.
International move during pandemic
The few words I can write here can't even begin to express how flawless everyone at Orbit (and their overseas partners) executed our overseas move from Canada to the UK in the midst of a global pandemic. My special thanks go out to Tomy and James who couldn't have been any more professional, prompt and just all around awesome in their service. I would use Orbit again in a heartbeat and would whole heartedly and without hesitation recommend their services!
Poor training and lack of respect for belongings.
The lady I dealt with in Canada, Susan Anderson, was wonderful- she was very helpful, efficient, organised and professional. The men who came to pack also seemed professional.The UK end was a bit disorganised. Susan had already made sure all the documents I needed had been prepared but the UK end started asking for all that paperwork again and it was only with Susan's help that this was resolved.
The real disappointment and shock started with the unpacking. They didn’t even put corner protection on the paintings, so the wooden gold frame of one of the paintings crumbled off, on the vulnerable corner where no extra protection had been given. I was told the company ships paintings for auctioneers- well, I just cannot believe that.
On a wooden desk, just a thin layer of bubble wrap, no extra cardboard or something on top so it didn't get scratched. I opened the wrapping to find that one side of the legs had become completely separated. They had removed the drawer knobs and screws but they were just lying around loosely in the packing, unbelievable. No care at all to keep them safe so one of the drawer knobs just disappeared, no where to be found in the packaging- how is that even possible? This desk was of great sentimental value to me.
In another box, it was just shocking- the packer had just dumped everything into a box- a bag of heavy cutlery along with old files with handwritten letters- it was obvious to the eye that they were very old and should have been laid flat somewhere and protected. If that box had been turned upside down or on its side, the files would have been crushed by everything else ( including a bag of heavy cutlery).
I feel like these guys were a bunch of bulls let loose in a china shop. Just no common sense, respect or care for other people’s belongings. I am not at all impressed by the standards of packing and cannot recommend this company. These guys need way better training.
I deliberately withheld my tip for them because I wanted to see how they packed things first. Needless to say there will be none forthcoming.
A reliable moving company that makes a difference!
Moving to a new city is never easy so a reliable and friendly moving company makes a big difference in minimising the stress. Orbit's service is efficient and reliable. The team is professional and courteous. It only took 3 business days from the day our shipment arrived at Toronto for all the boxes to be delivered to our doorstep, and this already included the time to clear with customs. Amazing!

Very happy with the service from Orbit. It was reassuring to feel that my things were in good hands and to have had the help and support through all of the paperwork with moving overseas. I appreciated having an assigned coordinator/agent to communicate with throughout the moving process; he was very professional, clear, and easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to feel taken care of even with a relatively small shipment.
Moved from UK to Canada.
Very happy with the service Orbit gave, from when our goods were on route, at the docks through to delivery on the day. They always kept us up to date and our furniture arrived all in one piece. We even shipped our wedding cake topper which was secured in the shipping box, but not in the display box(our decision) and that arrived with only the smallest damage to the brides sugar icing bouquet. I have to be impressed with that. The 2 delivery guys we very efficient, courteous, and helpful. Happy to recommend.

We moved from Spain to Canada and not an item was broken or missing from our container. The staff were knowledgable and helpful, and always kept our expectations in check. The teams are skilled and thoughtful moving your precious possessions. Highly recommended.
Great Moving Company.
I did two international moves with this company from Israel to Canada and back again. I found them and their sub-contractor on the other side (Sonigo), efficient, professional, organized, and on time. They are immediate in responding to my requests and were willing to be flexible with some very complicated moves. I highly recommend this company.

The communication was great, Adi provided a quote and everything arrived on time and it actually cost me a little less at the end as the shipment ended up being a little smaller.
The packing in Israel was great. they wrapped the furniture in a way I have never seen before. They were so careful and used all these materials that protect really well.
The delivery crew in Toronto were polite and professional. Not a single item was broken!
I would recommend Adi and his team at Orbit with no hesitation!

It was a nightmare !! let's go for points: the person who came home to take the first contacts was the best, prepared, polite. Exactly what I was looking for to give the task of my 35 move in career !! After him the darkness, the disorganization, the lack of preparation and the continuous requesting money especially from the company World Freight Relocations BV The Netherlands, the Netherlands correspondent for ORBIT Canada. The team that the ORbit sent me to pack my things arrived with over an hour late, with one person less and is away with over 2 hours in advance for personal commitments (she graduated her daughter) by uploading the truck for less than half and taking everything away. The following morning the people at work were only two (less and less) worked until 5 am with the result that the small hire truck they had was not big enough to load my things. I had to leave my things for their disorganization !! In addition, I had to pay the ownership of houses (642 CAD) to throw away the things I was looking for. Beyond the damage also the joke !! Arrival in the Netherlands and here are the problems with the World Freight Relocations BV The Netherlands, after many emails at the end, I am answered by a certain Esmeralda at night. I explain to him that my expedition was diplomatic and she, in the dark of everything and with the utmost sufficiency, tells me that she wanted the bill of lading and the D39 model of customs !! I remember that I asked if I was to work for them or them for me .. I went ahead, I paid a few hundred euros, without invoice, for the storage of a container that if it was not for me it would have been months in storage because the company did not warn me of the arrival, I explained that the house where I lived required the use of an external elevator. After many emails and phone calls and after many anger I managed to do the required documents without the least help from the company! on the day of the move three boys arrive without any equipment. Without even guards for stairs and floors and without external elevator. All stopped until I paid 500 euros cash, without invoice, to have at 1 pm the famous elevator that allowed us to complete the move. The company left me about 100 boxes of medium and great size. This is history, I'm glad it's all over and I'll never use these two companies again.
Horror story.
Dealing with Orbit has been a nightmare and the move hasn't even happened yet.
In fact, Orbit is a website running out of Toronto and contracting other companies to do the actual move for the clients.
It turns out, Orbit is actually contracting Guardian Overseas Shipping LTD.
Guardian sent a very nice gentleman to pack for us and in all honesty, he was very pleasant and professional. I wish I had contracted Guardian to do the move rather than Orbit.
It has been a the worst experience of our lives, at the most stressful time, during an international move.
In the end, I refuse to let Orbit handle any of our things, hoping that Guardian will do the actual move for us so as to not lose time and valuable resources sourcing another mover.
