Phoenix Van Lines seriously saved the day today. The movers who came and moved our electronics and other appliances were efficient and got right to work. They were careful with all of my devices. I'll use them again! I'm picky when it comes to scratches and dings on anything I own.
All Went Smooth!
Moving to another state is stressful enough without worrying about all of your belongings getting to you. BUT, Phoenix Van Lines was excellent. From step 1 to final delivery, they were nothing but professional. All of our things arrived intact except the fish tank, which had few scratches. I have to say it was a surprise from previous experiences with other companies. Thank you! They'll be my first call if I ever have to move again.

The process was quick and painless; they worked hard to get our belongings from a third-floor apartment into a 2 story home. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly polite. I hired them to move furniture from a friend's house to my place. They were prompt with responding and made sure to answer all my questions. They were mindful of my concerns with Covid. They were quick, efficient and showed they had experience in this type of service. They arrived on time within the time frame they provided. Jack was communicative and accommodating to my requests which ensured me they were a good choice for me to choose.

The moving crew was on time, very courteous, meticulous in wrapping my antiques, quick and very kind. They were cautious with all of my things. I can't say enough good things. Book your move with this company!!! Pritchard was beneficial, providing a very accurate quote, offering a video walk-through for an even closer look, and rescheduling my move with a day's notice because of issues with 'the new house.'

Total professional business. Well managed and well-staffed. I expect quality and customer service, and that is what I got. I have vintage furniture. Smith and Brian handled everything with care, and they dealt with the sofa like Tetris through the doorway. They both were respectful and courteous. I am a happy, satisfied customer, and you will be too.

I had an excellent time with Phoenix Van Lines! To start, their move coordinator was very professional, transparent, and courteous. The moving crew came on time, and once they arrived, they greeted me and got right to work! Each crew member was friendly as could be, asking questions all along the way on what goes where, fragile items, etc. I would not hesitate to use Phoenix Van Lines again and recommend them to friends who require professional and reliable movers.
Amazing Mover!
3 men crew arrived just on the scheduled time and started working immediately after I signed the paperwork. They carefully wrapped all of my belonging and loaded everything in their truck, and I bought them lunch for such hard work. After we arrived at the new place, movers located everything where I asked them. So please, do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Phoenix Van Lines. This company provides the best moving service ever with a smile on their face.

These guys were fantastic! The movers showed up on time with the right equipment and great attitudes. They listened to our direction and moved things between floors quickly.
