Punctuality, damage and manners
The move was Aurora,Co to Jacksonville, Fl. Movers in Aurora were late by 2.5 hours . We were told 10-12. After several phone calls made by us , they arrived at 2:30. Communication was poor. Once they arrived, it was loaded in a timely manner .
In Jacksonville, the movers were rude and said they didn’t unwrap the plastic wrap our furniture was wrapped in. The wrappers that were on the mattress and box springs were left on the floor for us to clean up.
Would not book a move using this company. They work for Trinity Van Lines and were brokered out.
Trinity is an awful company . They overcharge you after you book the move and pay the deposit. They quote you one price , then increase it .
It’s a bait and switch move . Just avoid that company.

They were communicative, thorough, incredibly helpful, and super friendly - not to mention their prices are competitive and very affordable. Do Not Hire This Company if You Care About Your Things!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Used recently for an interstate move and majority of what we shipped was DESTROYED or SEVERELY DAMAGED upon delivery. Chair arms and table legs completely ripped off. Expensive antique furniture destroyed. Holes through room dividers/screens. What wasn't broken was scratched beyond repair. And no explanation or apology provided whatsoever. Please don't trust them with anything you care about.
