  1. Stolen Deposit

    Gave them "$899" deposit. The man who took the deposit has a disconnected phone number. His email address does not work.

    No phone numbers on the wedsite work. "561 600 1439" unavailable. "888 315 3691" unavailable.

    "888 565 5734" not in service. Had no way to cancel their service. Lisa Romano "561 565 6301" called 1 week before scheduled pickup date. I tried to cancel then, but not possible. Was told the man who got my deposit no longer worked for the company. Basically stole my "$899", was given no way to contact them by phone or email. I want them put in jail.

  2. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    This company quoted us for our move from Washington state to South Carolina back in July. I took Brandon (the original contact) through everything in my house and he gave me their quote. I looked into the company but since they use the same name as a reputable mover in New York, I saw the New York company's reviews and not the company I was actually working with. After paying the initial $1162.08 deposit, they said my move was scheduled. Ever since the deposit was paid, they were horrendous with communication. I tried Brandon many times by his email and direct phone number but he would not answer anything. I decided to contact the company instead and was told that Brandon was sick (other reviews online from around the same time said he was fired), and that I'd be working with Lisa from here on out. I could NOT get her on the phone. Every call would result in a text message and that was the only way she'd communicate. The days leading up to my move is the only time I heard from her and it was to make sure my inventory was up to date. I had added a few more items so it raised my quote and ended up having to pay an additional $1541 for a deposit on 9/8 which I did and signed a new contract on 9/9. My move window was 9/9-9/10 and tried several times to get a time when the mover would be there from Lisa and she was unresponsive and unhelpful. She said since the movers weren't there 9/9 that they would be there 9/10...and at noonish on 9/10 was told the movers aren't coming and the soonest they could be there was 9/13. This was a move that was scheduled for months and a day before I had to be out of my apartment, cancel on us. I had to last minute find moving truck/car dolly and hire loaders and ended up driving my stuff cross-country myself. Because of the cancelled movers, I requested a refund for at least the $1541 since I was within the first 48 hours they required on their contract. That was were communication stopped. The number Lisa was using has been disconnected, they won't answer any of the emails I sent to any email address I can find from them, I call and leave messages on their main line but they will not respond. After looking at the recent reviews of the company, I'm not the only one that this is happening to in the last several months. They also vastly underquoted the space needed on a truck for the move (so much so that I'm positive it was intentional) that I'm sure they would have overcharged us if they had shown up to move our stuff. Lots of reviews showed this was on par with what they did when they actually had movers show up. We have not, and I assume now will not, hear back about a refund that they legally owe us. They used bank withdraws/electronic checks instead of credit card so that your bank cannot dispute their fraud, forcing you to go to small claims court in Palm Beach county (where they are located supposedly).

  3. Won't Return Calls

    I was contacted by an employee of this company named Brandon and contracted with them to move a partial household to Florida. He told me I could cancel for a full refund anytime up to three days before the move. They required a deposit of $980 which I paid and then they stopped returning my calls. Finally, after multiple calls with no clear answers given, one of their employees called me and said that Brandon had been fired for lying to people. He said that I only had three days from the time I did the contract to cancel. I just want my refund back and then we can both go our own ways.

  4. Fraudulent Company

    This company stole the name of a reputable one in order to fraud movers. They were a nightmare with communication; they would not answer phone calls and instead used texts, normally taking hours to respond to the simplest requests. They underquoted the size needed to move (so much so that I'm positive it was intentional). I'm sure they would have overcharged us if we had ended up using them to move, but they eventually contacted us the day the movers were supposed to arrive to tell us that the wouldn't be there. THE DAY OF! We cancelled our contract within the 48 hours allotted in said contract, and that was the last we ever heard from the company. We have not, and I assume now will not, hear back about a refund that they legally owe us. THIS IS FRAUD. We tried calling to sort things out and the line is disconnected. They used checks instead of credit card so that your bank cannot dispute their fraud, forcing you to go to small claims court in Palm Beach county (where they are located supposedly). This company committed textbook fraud and I am astounded that they are even allowed to operate as a company.

  5. Ripped off.

    These people screwed us from the very 1st call. Cross country move from Illinois to Florida and so many broken items,damaged goods,missing items and no one returned phone calls. Stay as far away as you can.

  6. Scammers

    Total nightmare of a company. Shady and crooked people. They took our advance but never showed up for the packing or moving. The agent Brandon was very polite and nice and they trick you by telling that you need to book the truck ASAP or you will miss the date. So, I paid the advance and then they refused to pick up my calls or answer my emails/texts a week before the move. They called 2 days before the move and said that they need to charge an extra $2500 otherwise they cannot accommodate the move and we agreed. I got in touch with an another person who used them and apparently they held her stuff hostage and refused to deliver until they got paid extra $$. Dodged a bullet there by not using them but we still lost our $2000 advance. They do not answer our calls anymore. We sold our house and needed to vacate the place and our move totally derailed because of these people. Stay away from them. Please read the BBB article on moving scams and literally every thing they described on that article is what they did to us. They buy the reviews on other sites. How do businesses like these even operate without any moral scruples?

    Pinnacle Moving helped me move my apartment to a storage unit. They were super helpful and very fast! The truck was nice and new. And the men were pretty good at moving. Great service!!

  8. Do Not Use this Broker - not a mover!!!

    The positive reviews are employees and are not certified users. They took the $475 as the broker "fees" and then did absolutely nothing. There was NEVER a call from the moving company. The goods are now in storage in Washington and we are in Mississippi without it all. AND this was the lack of service to be provided to a person with Dementia!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    They made sure that everything was packed up, wrapped up, and loaded into the truck. My pickup and delivery window was very short. The pricing was very fair. I am glad. Thank you, Pinnacle Moving and guys. Recommended!

    Jack and I was extremely helpful. They were able to arrive early and got everything loaded up and unloaded as efficiently as possible - even making sure to ask me where I wanted things placed during the move. It is indeed the best move ever.

    I needed few things to be moved among the rooms. Booking them was very straightforward. Two guys who got here to assist me have been friendly, competent, and efficient. Well accomplished job. Thank you. Excellent carrier. I would use it once more if they want to arise. I will advocate them very strongly to all!

  15. Fabulous Mover!!

    Simpson and Randal were great. Punctual and flexible with a last-minute delay too. Incredible hard and fast workers. They charge by the hour, but they don't slack or try to extend their time at all. Just flat out working. Very clean and careful while moving things in and out. I can't recommend them enough.
