Very dissatisfied with PODS service
I scheduled PODS to take my personal belonging from Ashland Oregon to Roseville California. PODS scheduled pick up on Wednesday December 16 and to be delivered Dec. 23rd. After PODS was picked up I received an email that a form for agricultural inspection needs to be filled out and then PODS rescheduled the delivery to January 8th. This is totally unacceptable. PODS should have informed me long in advance about this form so that there would be no delay in delivery. This created very inconvenient and frustrating situation for my family. I give them one star out of five.
